Daniel was very friendly and courteous when sharing the check-in procedures and departure expectations. We were in town for Husker FB and the location was great and allowed for easy access to pregame festivities and downtown nightlife. The neighborhood is very peaceful and beautiful in the fall. Thank you Daniel for hosting!

We are repeat customers so we have enjoyed this rental. The home is Clean with funky decorations, and it resides in a quiet, private neighborhood . The fenced in yard is a plus. I wish it had a grill, but the kitchen has nice appliances nonetheless. Nice rental, thanks!

Aftin is very nice and accommodating. Keep in mind that you need to pull the door when you are trying to lock and unlock it, otherwise the lock will get stuck. Once you do that, all is well. The place was clean. Thanks, Aftin!

The place is exactly how it was advertised. Very nice place and Sue was very responsive and great when I had to add an extra guest! I would highly recommend this place if you want to be close to downtown and are looking for a roomy getaway at a great price! I would definitely rent again if I would need to!!

Our stay at this property was just right. It was a great location close to our son’s basketball tournament. The place had a great kitchen fully stocked that made it easy for us to eat a few meals during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The Nest is a great place to stay while in Crete. Whether you are the for a Diane University event (right across the street) or an event at The 1206, The Nest is perfect. The bedrooms were spacious, living room is large, separate dining room is perfect for that special meal, and the bathroom can accommodate 2 with the separate sinks. Highly recommend The Nest! Sherri was very responsive to my emails and phone call.

Leisa: Your place couldn't have been more perfect for me. The location was two blocks from the church I was singing in during Holy Week/Easter. The location is easy to find and easy to drive from to main shopping areas, supermarket etc. I was so very pleased upon opening the door, exploring light switches etc. It is a very beautiful space that is well planned out, though through and welcoming. Five star rating is just to begin to say how pleased I was/am and how I loved staying at your place. The breakfast burritos on Saturday Night for Easter Morning and the oranges, was just perfect for getting me up and going to 7:15 Choir call at First Plymouth and singing three Easter services. I feel like this is going to be a yearly trek for me over Holy Week/Easter. I will definitely book for 2026, God willing and it doesn't snow. ha! I also totally enjoyed seeing spring flowers, trees, tulips and daffodils. An you have the fattest Robins I have ever seen. THANK YOU!

This is our favorite place to stay in Lincoln. We have stayed at Shawn's place a couple of times now when visiting relatives, and it has the ideal set-up for a small family: the beds in the two bedrooms are very comfortable, the bathroom is ample and well-lit, and the kitchen is fully functioning. The apartment is always very clean, and well-maintained. We love that it is within walking distance of Lincoln's best bakery, Le Quartier, and that it is within a quiet residential neighborhood ideal for a morning stroll. Shawn always communicates directions and entry instructions well before arrival times.

The apartment was perfect for a weekend stay! It was close enough to downtown and some other suburban attractions. Overall a great place to stay! Lisa was also flexible on the checkout time for me as I was running a marathon that morning and wanted to be able to clean up before traveling.

Simply one of the best Airbnb locations I’ve stayed at. I really appreciated the helpful instructions and labels around the condo - for Wi-Fi, remote controlled liners, etc… it’s the way I would set up an Airbnb if I had one. We stayed here for a weekend of shows at the Nebraska Repertory Theatre. The location was perfect. Also happened to be the first weekend of the farmers market and it’s a short walk to their also. Loved it and we’d come back in an instant.

Tom and Jessica are excellent hosts. They were very accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

This is the second year in a row that we’ve stayed at Sarah’s place for a Husker home game! We love the location - walking distance to Memorial Stadium, Barry’s, and The Railyard. See y’all next year! GBR!

A beautiful place that is located right where you want to be! The beds are so comfortable and they have noise machines and fans if you need those for sleeping! It is beautifully decorated and has tons of space.

Ashlee was a great host who was quick to respond and communicate, and she provided the easiest instructions. The place was clean, well kept, and felt like home. I highly recommend this place for anyone that is visiting Lincoln!!

The communication was great we also liked the location and the private roof top sitting area. It was comfortable for three couples.

The perfect place to stay for graduation this weekend. We had a Nurse graduating and we were able to walk to all the great spots to celebrate her.

We had a great stay at this little condo in downtown Lincoln. It was perfect to come in a visit our son at college for the weekend. Great location for local dining and shopping. The condo had everything we needed and it was very clean. We’ll come back again in the future.
