Come enjoy a quite peaceful setting where the deer run free and the calls of nature are all around you. Those avid hikers we have several acres for you to explore. H&M Ivy Branch about 15 miles away. About 6 miles outlaw trials off Mud River/ Hobet Outlaw trails. We do have trailer parking at the top of the driveway. Kayaking stream access or rentals within close driving distance.

Located about 4 miles from the Hatfield McCoy Trails Ivy Branch location and lots of room to park then ride your side by side directly to the trails. Also close to the former Hobet Mine. A very peaceful and beautiful rural area with lots of wildlife around such as deer and turkeys. Relax by the fire pit or walk down to the creek. Only a 25 minute drive from the Southridge Shopping Center.

Coal Miner's Mansion

Mountain Mama Lodging is in Julian, WV at the Hatfield McCoy - Ivy Branch Trail system and the new “Big Coal River Trail” that's coming soon. There are several days of riding here! We're in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood mobile home park and only 4.7 miles from the new Ivy Branch trailhead and 10 miles from the NEW Big Coal River Trail. Mountain Mama Lodging has MULTIPLE places right next door to each other! She welcomes large parties with lots of guests.

Your family will be close to everything—walk to restaurants, convenience stores, gas station, and local shops. Only two blocks to the kayaking entrance and minutes from fishing spots. Enjoy a full kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, outdoor grill, comfortable beds, and plenty of parking for ATVs and trailers.

Cute and cozy 3 bedroom house conveniently located on a quaint residential street in Saint Albans, WV. It's on the city bus route and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. (Please note: There is space for one vehicle in the driveway and one additional vehicle can be parked in the front yard if needed. We cannot accommodate oversized commercial work trucks at this location.)
