The Crutcher House circa 1933 features a large front porch with rockers and gliders, you can see the town square from the front lawn. The house has 10 ft. ceilings, new bath with a large two person tile shower, modernized kitchen, two large bedrooms, one king and one queen. The large living room includes leather sofas, fireplace gas logs, Dish network TV, and WIFI. The modern kitchen offers gas range, micro wave, refrigerator, DW and Keurig coffeemaker (pods and ground coffee included).

This beautiful, Victorian-style home is a perfect getaway. Located just off the square in historic Lynchburg, TN, it's a short walk to the world-famous Jack Daniel's Distillery. My horses will greet you if you choose to take a stroll around the farm where you will likely see deer & turkey among other wildlife. My Tiny Cabin & Tiny House are secluded in a "holler" with zero ambient light so our privacy along with stargazing is second to none.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this home that's located in the middle of Fayetteville. Close to Space and Rocket Center, Jack Daniel's and George Dickle Distillery. This is a two bedroom and 1.5 bath house with a king and twin over full bed. All TV's have a firestick or Roku and all lamps have a USB outlet. There is a short term rental apartment upstairs. They will not have access to main house as you will not have access to the apartment.
