The Barrett Inn is a clean, comfortable house that can be rented by the room or you can rent the entire house. A full kitchen, 1.5 baths, a patio area that you'll never want to leave, and comfy beds. This 4-bedroom retreat can sleep up to 8 people. It's located right in Central Kentucky close to Centre College, and other attractions in close proximity.

Country Charm

This house is on a peaceful country road and has three bedrooms, two full baths, and a double driveway for parking. The newer appliances include a refrigerator, cook stove, dishwasher, and coffee makers. For your convenience, we provide the coffee for you to prepare. You will find water and soda in the refrigerator. Nearby are the Cedar Creek Lake, Lincoln County Fairground, and the Boyle County Airport. It's very near Stanford, Kentucky, about ten miles from Danville, and ten from Lancaster.

The property overlooks several farms including Spring HIll 1850 Farm. On the Bourbon Trail; ithe house is ten minutes from Center College, five minutes from the Danville, KY private airport, 50 minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park and Keeneland. House is 20 minutes from Cedar Creek Lake and 20 minutes from Harrington Lake.

Our home is located at 205 Lynn Street in Middleburg, Ky. It is a two story house with yellow siding and white shutters. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, utility room, kitchen, living room, and small sitting room/office. We have a TV, DVD player, microwave, TV antenna, Roku and WIFI. We are close to family-friendly activities. You’ll love it here because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located property. It’s 8 miles from Highway 27, and 8 miles from Liberty & Tarter Industries on 127. This home belongs to my parents. They travel frequently and are not always on the property. They have separate living quarters in the rear of the home that is separated from the rental space. There is no shared spaces in the home with them. Upon retirement, they decided to open up part of their home to assist in their quest to travel more.
