Built around 1906, this loft apartment in downtown Lincoln has been fully renovated with new everything. New hardwood floors, new furniture, new kitchen, new exterior balcony, new plumbing, new wiring, new everything! Having said that, all the historic charm of this historic "post rock" limestone building have been maintained including an exposed brick wall and an original skylight along with salvaged wood and doors.

The Stodola LLC

You’ll have plenty to enjoy at this historic place located just 2.5 miles from Wilson Lake. The Stodola was originally built in 1910 as a dairy barn. (In fact, the word "stodola" means "barn" in Czech.) The Stodola LLC was established in 2023 with a full renovation of the building and the homestead. This is a simple log cabin that has a great view. This location has great views and perfect for outdoor adventures. Pets welcome. One step above tent camping. The lot is big enough to park an RV. This property has hunting land that goes with it. Great for deer, pheasant, turkey, and qual.
