The Seed Pod, This is a typical farm house located under a well established canopy of giant thorn trees old gnarled lead-wood and has a stunning view of the southern side of the Marakele National Park Mountains. Around the house there are numerous animals such as Nyala, Sable and Impala not to mention all the bird life. We have a caterer available should you wish someone to cook for you on your behalf. There are two adjoining camping pitches to bring guests with you. (Please contact host to make arrangements with host.) Fully solar, off grid. 4x4 required for rainy months, as the farm roads can get extremely muddy.

Relax on the deck or sit around the fire pit while watching the game drift by. Solar powered lights, and a hot shower are a few of your limited comforts, as a bush lover enthusiast. Covid 19 response, all our staff are vaccinated and the Tent is completely isolated. There is no contact with any other guests.

Black Eagle Lake House is a 4 bedroom 4 bathrooms double-story home with wrap around decks and so much more to offer.

This old favorite, offers panoramic views, tranquility, and privacy. It boasts a fenced garden and spacious stoep for braais and sundowners. Adventure seekers can hike the mountain for a breathtaking vista. IMPORTANT: Regrettably, the Stone Cottage lacks electricity due to transformer damage from a recent storm. The repair timeframe is unknown, but we have a generator on hand for your convenience. We apologize for this inconvenience and assure you that we're pursuing alternatives.

Hidden in amongst the mango and citrus farms next to the Blyde River it is a true hidden gem, our two cabins offer accommodation for a stop over on your trip, a family holiday, a romantic getaway or a base to explore the area. The setting next to the river and surrounded by nature offers a wholesome, relaxing experience. It is any birder and bird photographers dream location with four different biomes within easy reach.
