Unique old town apartment, Aarhus

Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Rødhættes Hus - gemt i den dybe, stille Skov

Rødhættes Hus er et lille bitte hus, som ligger fredfyldt og idyllisk ved Kovad Bækkens bred, i en lysning midt inde i Rold Skov og med udsigt til engen og skoven. Kun et stenkast fra den smukke skovsø St. Øksø. Det perfekte udgangspunkt for vandre- og mountainbike ture i Rold Skov og Rebild Bakker eller som et stille ly i skovens ro, hvorfra livet kan nydes, måske med musvågen svævende over engen, egernet pilende opad træstammen, en god bog foran brændeovnen eller hygge i bålets skær i natten.

Højbohus – byhus m. fjordudsigt & have, Limfjorden

Højbohus er et charmerende byhus i hjertet af Løgstør med udsigt til Limfjorden. I får hele huset for jer selv med 6 sovepladser, fuldt køkken, bad, overdækket terrasse, have og privat parkering. Tæt på oplevelser som biograf, golf, forlystelsesparker, strande og kulinariske perler. Kun 400 m til Muslingebyens havn, badebro og Frederik den 7.’s kanal samt 100 m til gågaden med caféer og butikker. Perfekt til familier, par og venner, der vil nyde hygge og ro tæt på både byliv og fjordens natur.

Flade Klit - smukt lille hus i storslået natur.

Huset er nyistandsat med adgang til egen terrasse og har det smukkeste udsyn over et ganske særligt landskab. På stjerneklare nætter kan du fra sengen opleve stjernehimlen gennem ateliervinduerne i taget. Om dagen kan du glæde dig over det særlige lys som beliggenheden tæt på hav og fjord kaster over landskabet. På højdedraget bag ved huset er der det fineste udsyn over Limfjorden og landet bag. Der er ikke langt til fjorden, hvor der er gode badeforhold og turen dertil er virkelig smuk.

Sommerhuset er opført i 2008, ligger i et stille og roligt sommerhus område, med 400m til en børnevenlig strand, 5 min til by med indkøbsmuligheder, havn og kro. 10 min til Fur Bryghus, som altid er en god oplevelse. en skøn have med plads til børn og lege (gyngestativ, rutsjebane og sandkasse). hængekøje og launch i 2025 er huset fået et nyt look ide og ude. huset indeholder: Fibernet: Gratis Wi-Fi Smart tv med Chromecast Brandovn Højstol og rejse børneseng tørretumbler vaskemaskine

Hav, klitter og fuldkommen ro – stranden ligger blot få hundrede meter fra døren. Dette eksklusive strandhus er bygget med respekt for naturen og passer perfekt ind i det unikke klitlandskab. Nyd udsigten over Vesterhavets blå vand fra stuen, soveværelset eller en af terrasserne. Indendørs venter et lækkert badeværelse, soveværelse med dobbeltseng til to, og et flot opholdsrum med pejs, spiseplads, polstrede bænke, åbent køkken – og to ekstra sovepladser i en hyggelig afskærmet køjeniche.

New cozy summerhouse from 2009 at North Sea Denmark in the middle of very nice nature dunes and trees near Løkken and Blokhus, only 350m from beautiful beach. Many nice terrace free from wind and neighbors There’s room for hole family and nice light and nature coming via the huge windows. Everything inside house are very good quality. Nice bathroom with spa for 1-2 persons, 13m2 Activity-room. Playground and minigolf only 100m away..... Price incl electricity, water, heating etc.

Tverstedhus - with sauna in the quiet nature

The cottage is located on the West Coast within walking distance to the beach, dune plantation and the cozy beach town Tversted. The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. The cottage is fenced - with a large area, and you can therefore let your dog run free. NOTE: From May to August, the tent is open and there is therefore the possibility of 8 persons

Vandkanten

Dejlig lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt over Limfjorden til Aggersborg. Soveværelse med 3/4 seng, stor stue med to gode senge og stor sovesofa til to. I Løgstørs centrum og helt ud til Limfjorden ligger vores gamle fiskerhus, hvor vi lejer 1. salen ud. Der er egen indgang, eget bad med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler og køkken med spiseplads. Vi kan ikke tilbyde morgenmad men der er bager med cafe og dagligvarebutik i fire minutters gåafstand.

Oldes Hytte

På en bakketop med panoramisk udsigt over hele det sydvestlige hjørne af Limfjorden ligger Oldes Hytte. Sommerhuset, der er fra 2021, rummer op til 6 gæster, men med sine 47 m2 appellerer det også til kæresteture, veninde-weekender og tid alene. Prisen er inklusiv strøm. Husk sengetøj og håndklæder. Der er mulighed for, mod betaling, at oplade elbil med Refuel Norwesco oplader. Vi forventer at hytten efterlades som den modtages .

Next to beautiful forest with extensive bike and walking paths. 3 km to the beach and 2km to the small town of Fjerritslev with ample shopping and dining options.
