The house is located in SW Decatur, near shopping and the interstate. Only 2 miles from downtown.

Bring the whole family to this great home with lots of room for fun. Children and pets will love the Large fenced in back yard. 1 mile from the interstate, half mile to shopping and restaurants. This home is work friendly. Telework, Contractors, DOD, Government, Temporary workers that are needing longer term rentals, discounted rates are available. The Little Farmer House Athens/Madison

The newly remodeled Little Farmer House has 2 bedrooms. It's super cute, cozy, and the best place to relax before and after your scheduled events. The window views are peaceful and this house has its own large yard, a grill and chill patio, and the cutest little miniature horses and donkey just next door at the Superhost's house. Dogs only. Located east of Athens/ 10 -12 minute drive to I-65 and Hwy 72/ 15 minute drive to Madison/30 minutes to Huntsville/Extra parking available.

Peaceful country setting, just 3 miles from downtown Rogersville . Close to several boat launches plenty of space to park with boat or trailer. Joe wheeler state park is 7 miles away. You can sit on the side deck, watch the horses eat, and listen to the frogs at night. A short walk across the field and you can be fishing in Plato Branch. Cozy cabin with two queen beds. One private bedroom, second bed in the Loft. Pets are allowed with approval and $50 fee. See notes.
