Plenty of parking in the driveway on the 1/2 acre lot for tournament fishermen. Plenty of grass for the pets and kids to play. Enjoy the views from the upper and lower decks . Recreation - float off the dock, take out the canoe, and fish from your backyard. The cabin shares a property line with TVA trails and a boat ramp is a half mile away. A ring road around the cabin makes boat parking easy. 3. Enjoy modern comforts - the cabin is well-equipped with wifi, TVs, washer/dryer, and other amenities.

Family Friendly River Camp! Bring the Boat!

Come and relax on the river with the whole family! We are on the water with a dock with boat ties and swim ladder. During summer months we are accessible by boat. We do NOT have year around water so if you book after Labor Day it’s dependent upon TVA. Completely furnished kitchen with an air fryer for those chicken nuggets. Coffee maker too! We are safety minded for those with small children. We have plenty of life jackets. The top deck has a locking gate to keep the stairs blocked off.

Beautiful 2 bed room, 2 bath house located at the mouth of Sugar Creek on Elk River. Sunrise and sunsets are fantastic. The house has all the modern amenities required for a comfortable stay. There is a screened in porch overlooking the water. The living room has large windows that allow a beautiful view of the water in comfort. The property has a dock suitable for sunning, swimming, fishing or docking your boat. Bass, Catfish, Crappie and other game fish are available in the lake.

The Sweet Retreat Newly Renovated

Come enjoy my 3 bed 3 bath house named the Sweet Retreat because it is located on Sugar Creek. The house is just feet from the water. On this property you can enjoy fishing from the private dock and 3 kayaks that are located on the property. The master bedroom has a king tempurpedic mattress. The second bedroom has a brand new king mattress, both of these bedrooms have French doors that lead to a balcony overlooking the water. The 3rd bedroom has a full sized tempurpedic mattress.
