A cheap and chic studio in the center of the old town of Nafplio Fully equipped and situated in a quiet neighborhood The apartment is designed for convenience with easy step-free access. There are no stairs to climb just a smooth, flat path to the entrance Only 20 meters from the bus station and 200 meters from the port and the central square! You can also visit Arvanitia beach on foot! The apartment has undergone partial renovation, including wall painting and improved soundproofing, on 12/2024

Recommended for 2 adults & 2 children or 4 adults. Not accommodating 2 couples. The Suite is a 45 m2 luxury loft apartment with amazing view of mountaintop Palamidi fortress. It boasts minimal styling with equipment from well-known designers. This loft has interior stairs leading to the roof top floor which has 2 connecting bedrooms and a fully-equipped kitchenette. Easy access to the local beaches, the historical center, restaurants etc. Car not necessary; everything within walking distance.

Studio "Ariadna" (historical center of Nafplio)

Studio "Ariadna" is situated in the historical center of Nafplio (Old Nafplio). It is very close to the central bus station from which you can take the bus till Athens, Mikines, Epidavros, Tolo. Also it is rather close to the Beach Arvanitia - less than 10 min by feets. It is close to the upstairs to the famous castle Palamidi. The studio is renovated in 2019, you can find there everything what you need for the comfortable holidays (even satellite TV with Cinema Pack) . Welcome to Nafplio!

Dione apartment in the heart of Nafplio.

Το διαμέρισμά μας βρίσκεται στο 2ο όροφο ενός υπέροχου κτιρίου στην οδό Σιδηράς Μεραρχίας σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, μόλις 5 λεπτά (400m) με τα πόδια από την παλιά πόλη και 9 λεπτά (650m) με τα πόδια από την παραλία της Αρβανιτιάς. Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις και θα σας προσφέρει μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Η στάθμευση είναι σχετικά εύκολη καθώς μπορείτε να παρκάρετε στην οδό Σιδ.Μεραρχίας ή στα γύρω στενά. Σε κοντινή απόσταση λίγων μέτρων θα βρείτε super market, φαρμακείο, καφέ, φούρνο.

It's also near a shopping district, taverns, bus station and a free parking area, with a view of Palamidi castle & Akronafplia. We provide you with dishware, a refrigerator, hot plate, oven, a coffee machine, iron and hairdryer. There is a balcony with a couch and a pergola.The apartment is on the 3rd floor, 17 m2 plus 17 m2 balcony (top floo r-no elevator). Ideal for couples.
