New, private and quiet colonial Carriage House overlooking a park in historic downtown Fuquay-Varina. A lovely half mile walk to both Fuquay and Varina town centers with easy access to eateries, breweries and boutiques. Kitchen has full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, sink, 2 burner cooktop, Keurig with milk frother, coffee and tea supplies, cooking utensils, pots, pans, silverware, breakfast table and chairs. The Bull's Retreat - 2 King Beds

The Bull's Retreat, a newly renovated space with 2 King Beds and 2 single beds, ideal for travelers or getaways. It's centrally located in a peaceful neighborhood near Ft. Bragg, Fayetteville, Sanford & Southern Pines. It's great for reconnecting with familiy and friends. The open-concept living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and open living room. Note: Owners reserve the garage for personal use only; it isn't accessable to guests.

Bluff Cottage Private Guesthouse

Beautifully situated on the McDaniel Pine Farm in Wade, NC you’ll feel right at home in the Bluff Cottage. A studio setup with a queen bed & 2 chairs that convert into comfortable single beds. There is also an air mattress available. Comfortable living room area with large flat screen TV and dedicated desktop workspace. Private Bathroom, walk-in shower and a small kitchen area with hot plate, pots pans, coffee maker, microwave & refrigerator. Nice outside patio with fire pit & acres to roam!

A 600 s.f. cottage retreat designed by Robert Phillips. One bedroom, full bath and kitchen, and spacious living room. Ten ft. ceilings and fine architectural details; terraced; fountains nestled in a tree grove on 10 acres with foot paths. 15-20 minutes to Chapel Hill/Carrboro, University of North Carolina; Pittsboro and the Saxapahaw arts community on the Haw River.
