L'appartement était très agréable et bien situé. C'était un plaisir d'échanger avec Carla, de plus elle était très réactive. La résidence est calme et a proximité de la plage. Merci pour tout.

My wife and I had the best vacation ever! This is the best Airbnb i’ve ever rented by far. Ela was a fantastic host. The building (Parc du Cap) is incredible. It’s brand new, with unbelievable amenities such as beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, a fantastic tennis court, a top notch gym and spa boasting a world class sauna, steam room and even a cold room. The apartment itself was immaculate with top notch appliances and a large furnished terrace. The location was as good as it gets! It’s only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Juan-les-Pins and all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to all the amazing beaches. We also walked 15 minutes to go into Antibes and all their restaurants, beaches etc. If I could sum our experience in one word it would be- PERFECT! Gary Busel

We had a great stay in Nice. Brian was a very nice, friendly host. The location of the apartment is great, you can walk to the supermarket and transportation to the city in 3 minutes. The train station and the sea are also within walking distance. The equipment of the apartment was perfectly fine and it was very clean at the handover. We would come back again!

La casa è splendida ed in centro in modo da potersi spostare solo a piedi. L'host è estremamente chiaro nelle indicazioni di check in e molto gentile e disponibile per tutto il resto. Soggiorno ottimo!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Menton. Notre appartement est très bien situé, en plein centre, proche des commerces. Très pratique pour voir les défilés de la fête des citrons. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Rosa. Un parking pour notre voiture. Visite de la région en train très pratique. Nous allons garder un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.

Super séjour dans le logement. La literie est très agréable, la seule petite chose, les chaises extérieures devraient être renouvelées mais à part ça rien à dire. Une superbe vue, un super jacuzzi et sauna, endroit très calme. Merci à Marie et Vincent très réactifs et très gentils. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Daniela is een geweldige gastvrouw die er alles aan doet om haar gasten het naar hun zin te maken. We werden meerdere malen verrast met eigen baksels. Van zelfgemaakte taarten tot croissants, alles was overheerlijk. Ook hebben we genoten van de eigen honing uit de bijenkasten. Uiteraard zijn er daardoor ook veel bijen in de omgeving. Dat merk je vooral als je bij het zwembad ligt. Het appartement was helemaal compleet. Mooie badkamer, prima keuken met alle benodigdheden, airco en bovendien horren voor de ramen. Het zwembad en de ligbedden waren top. De omgeving met alle aanbevelingen van Daniela waren erg mooi. Al met al hebben wij een heerlijk verblijf gehad, hartelijk dank!

Appartement superbe, grand, spacieux. Très propre. Bel emplacement. 2 min à pied de la plage de sable fin, 15 min à pied du festival de cannes, de beaux restaurants et de petites ries trop mignonnes. Piscine intérieure, sauna et hammam. Jardin magnifique. Alain l’hôte était très gentil, réactif, à l’écoute. Brigitte qui nous a accueilli était adorable, de bons conseils, serviable vraiment super sympa. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, nous reviendrons chez Alain sans hésitez si nous retournons dans la région.

l'appartement d'Éric est très bien situé, au cœur du village d'Abries, avec notamment une epicerie-boulangerie en face de la résidence. Bien équipé, confortable pour 2 personnes (un peu petit pour 4), et super bonus avec l'espace aquatique de la résidence qui était encore ouvert hors vacances scolaires ! Éric est réactif en cas de question, bref un excellent séjour ! A noter : le linge de maison n'est pas fourni, mais cohérent avec le bon rapport qualité /prix.

Il nostro soggiorno presso questo B&B è stato semplicemente indimenticabile. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la sauna, che ci ha regalato momenti di autentico relax, e la vasca, che era davvero incredibile per comfort e stile. Ogni dettaglio della struttura riflette una cura meticolosa, dal design degli interni alla scelta degli accessori. L'ospitalità dell'host è stata straordinaria: ci siamo sentiti accolti come a casa, con un'attenzione calorosa e premurosa che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare e rivivere questa fantastica esperienza.

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Wonderful apartment in a great location. The building is new, the apartment is spacious and the bathroom is big. There’s air conditioning and an elevator. Great security in the building. There’s a supermarket very close by and the street is quiet. It’s a short walk to the Palais. The coffee machine didn’t work but Sylvie replaced it right away. The only negative thing was the dirty floor. When I wiped water off the bathroom floor or near the kitchen sink the wipe came up dark with dust/dirt. It could have used a good cleaning. But honestly that’s the only con. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this property.

We had a great time. The apartment was in the perfect location. Host was responsive and gave a lot of step by step instructions for everything. We spoke with the host a few times and she was helpful. Thanks!

We (6 adults, 3 couples) visited Didier's house Thursday-Sunday late August and enjoyed his lovely house. We can greatly recommend this villa for those that wish to visit Cannes and also appreciate a spacious and secluded living, with all the amenities needed (including a big and very deep pool).

Cascina Distrutta è una sistemazione davvero incantevole, ben arredata e completa di tutto. Letti comodi, stanze spaziose, bagni grandi con sanitari recenti, caminetti che creano un'atmosfera calda e accogliente al punto da dimenticarsi la TV. Marta ha sempre risposto celermente e si è sempre dimostrata disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Per completezza d'informazione lascio qualche info supplementare che avevo inizialmente frainteso a beneficio di chi verrà a soggiornare prossimamente: la quadrupla in mansarda e una stanza matrimoniale hanno il bagno indipendente, le altre due stanze matrimoniali hanno il bagno in comune collegato da un'anticamera con porte comunicanti. La sauna (nel momento in cui sto scrivendo questo testo) costa 30 euro al giorno e necessita l'apertura e l'accensione anticipata ad opera del vicino. Una cassetta di legna per il camino reperibile sempre dal vicino costa 10 euro, il sapone presente nei bagni è solo quello lavamani senza shampoo/docciaschiuma

Het was op onze doorreis een fantastische plek om 2 dagen te genieten van deze prachtige plek in een nostalgisch dorp met schitterend uitzicht. Alessandro is een perfecte gastheer en het was fantastisch om in zijn Ostaria te eten. De cheesecake is te lekker 😋. Ook onze honden voelde zich erg welkom. Fijn om deze plek te hebben gevonden.

Le logement était parfait ! Très propre, bien équipé et conforme à la description. L’emplacement est idéal et l’accueil chaleureux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrions avec plaisir. Je recommande vivement !

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa meravigliosa struttura.... L'accoglienza è stata calorosa,con una cura nei dettagli che fa sentire subito a casa. L'alloggio è arredato con gusto, pulizia impeccabile, confort di altissimo livello. E poi la vera chicca... l'idromassaggio... Lo abbiamo adorato!!! Se cercate un luogo dove sentirvi coccolati, questo è quello giusto. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza indimenticabile!! Grazie ancora a Diego e Chiara... It is impossible to over-emphasise how beautiful the Casa del Capitano is! Even before booking, Michael was extremely helpful and informative. I had chosen the property as the place to propose to my (now) Fiancé and Michael went out of his way to make sure all the little touches were in place that I asked for. The villa was immaculately clean with fires made up in the sauna and house ready to be lit. The views (especially from the jacuzzi) were breathtaking! The villa is completely private and perfect for a romantic get-away. Everything from the underfloor heating, technology and ascetics of the house made it a home from home! We would recommend the villa to anyone looking for tranquility away from the busyness of everyday life. Thank you for a truly memorable Italian experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to return (maybe even for the honeymoon!) - Chris & Clare!

Struttura davvero bellissima e ben tenuta. Un’ampia zona piscina con una vista splendida. La casa si compone di due strutture: il rustico ( con caminetto per grigliate e una sala con Ping pong/cucinino e cose utili ) e la casa principale con 3 bagni, una grande sala, una cucina a vista sul tavolo e sulla vetrata che dà sul giardino, camere grandi e spaziose, 3 bagni di cui uno grande. Pulizia ottima, accoglienza molto bella e calorosa: è difficile trovarsi male a Ca’ d’Ros!
