CITR 008019-AGR-0007 Soggiorna in un'azienda agricola biologica certificata dove l'olio, il vino Vermentino e le arance amare nascono dalla terra di cui sei circondato. Casa Novaro ha tre appartamenti, è a 5 km dal centro di Imperia a 10 minuti, in macchina, dalle spiagge di Imperia e Diano Marina. L'appartamento fa parte di una villa. Casa Novaro è a pochi km dal centro è situato al riparo dal rumore con una bellissima vista. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie.

La Casetta

Apartment in a spectacular location with exceptional views over the marine protected area of Portofino. Beautifull equipped accomodation recently built. One room with kitchenette, double bed sofa and bathroom. Stunning sea view. The apartment is independent from the main house. However guests have the advantage of being able to share a large mediterranean garden with a barbecue area. The apartment is situated in a no-traffica area and can be reached by a five minutes walk. I live right next to the two apartments that I rent, I am happy to share my beloved apartments with humans from all over the world, but you must be aware that I am not a tourist agency, I am not a hotel, I am not a tourism entrepreneur, I am just a simple inhabitant of Manarola (a kind of hermit). At my apartments you don't just rent a place to sleep or eat, but you rent to live an experience, specifically the experience of being on the terrace with that panoramic view.

Natursteinhaus Casa Vittoria

Lucinasco ist ein idyllisch gelegenes Bergdorf in Ligurien. Schon die Anreise durch üppige Olivenhaine ist eine grosse Freude. Die Herstellung von Olivenöl prägt das gesamte Dorfleben. Ein kleiner See liegt am Ortsausgang. Hängende Trauerweiden umsäumen das Ufer und eine alte Kapelle aus dem Mittelalter runden das Bild gut ab. Von Casa Vittoria hat man einen schönen Blick über die Olivenhaine auf die Kathedrale Santa Maddalena bis hin zum Meer. Ein Spaziergang dorthin lohnt sich allemal.

Una stanza sull’Oggia

Uno spazio semplice e romantico, una stanza vera senza fronzoli con angolo cottura e un terrazzino che si affaccia sul fiume: da qui si intravede un piccolo ponticello in pietra... e il rumore dell'acqua che scorre. L’alloggio è un’unica grande volta: tutta la casa è stata restaurata utilizzando materiali naturali, calce e vernici fatte con farina e olio di lino. Per i mesi invernali c’è una stufa a legna che gli ospiti potranno gestire in autonomia. Viene fornita la legna per il soggiorno.

La casa di Campagna, di mq.92 (cod CIN IT009064C28BOFQMOV) si trova sulle alture di Vado Ligure, a Segno, a 15 minuti d'auto dalla spiaggia di Bergeggi in una tranquilla borgata. E' indipendente, su due livelli. Al piano terra c'è la cucina, al piano 1° ci sono due camere ed il bagno e sopra una terrazza panoramica. Una camera è con letto matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli e TV. C è un giardino ed un pergolato. Posto auto privato. A 10 minuti d'auto si trova il centro commerciale.

Questa villa con giardino segreto nella celebre Monterosso al Mare è stata costruita per essere goduta con famiglie e amici. Nascosta nella zona di tranquilla di Fegina, villa "La Rana" e' un rifugio dal trambusto delle Cinque Terre, ma con accesso immediato a tutto ciò che questo patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO ha da offrire. "La Rana" ha accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Si compone di tre camere da letto ben arredate e 2 bagni completi, per farti sentire come a casa. CITRA 011019-LT-0392

The terrace gives an amazing 180° view and during winter it is possible to enjoy the view of the illuminated Nativity scene of Manarola from an exclusive and quiet position. Solea is only few minutes far from boutiques, restaurants and the seaside. The kitchen is habitable and equipped for any necessity. Private parking available by request.

Rosso su Portofino is a typical Ligurian country, recently restored, overlooking the Gulf of Tigullio, overlooking Portofino. House surrounded by greenery, surrounded by gardens and olive groves, ideal to enjoy breathtaking views of unforgettable sunsets. The house is not accessible by car, parking on the street is public and free, there are 250 mt walk to do on the path. Ideal place to rejuvenate body and soul!
