Bed & Sauna is located on the edge of the center of Zutphen, in a beautiful Jugendstil mansion. Make use of the free private wellness facilities, consisting of a spacious sauna and a wonderful jacuzzi. The B&B is for 2 people and offers many options such as a private entrance, private veranda with jacuzzi, kitchen with free coffee and tea, spacious bedroom with sauna, private bathroom with separate toilet. Aan de rand van de tuin vind je de sauna en hot tub die uitkijken over de weilanden. Wij leven hier een groot deel van de tuin, en delen graag de rijkdom van het buitenleven met anderen.

Schuin tegenover de Grote Kerk aan een rustige straat ligt onze Bed & Wellness. Knus ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het Kleine Huis heeft een grote eigen tuin (350 m2) met twee zitgelegenheden. Speciale verrassing is het badhuis in de tuin, compleet met grote jacuzzi en lekker zitje. En: 100% privacy. Van jacuzzi tot keuken en tuin, alles is voor onze gasten.

This beautiful cottage in the middle of the Veluwse bossen (Veluwse woods, one of the largest forests in NL) offers luxury, privacy and complete relaxation. It is ideal for a getaway with family. Lots of fun activities such as (mountain)bike riding, horse riding, hiking or golf are amongst the possibilities. Or you can cozy up on the couch in front of the fireplace for a relaxing weekend and come back completely relaxed and reborn. BE AWARE: We are not a party location (no men groups).

On the north-western edge of this forest you find this gazebo in a residential area near the locally famous 'Zandverstuiving' (sand drift). It sits on 3 acres of woodland belonging to a large detached house. • The gazebo is fully insulated and consists of three spaces: bathroom, bedroom and lounge. • The gazebo was fully renovated in 2023 and has been decorated in a contemporary mid-century modern style.

Bring your bike or rent a bike in our village or put on your walking shoes to optimally enjoy the Veluwe. Or come and relax and unwind in our tiny house that is equipped with all conveniences.
