The harmony is connected with a year-round holiday house, cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, modern bathroom, extra comfy bed, an A/C /heater for your well-being, a loft floor for very special occasions and grill&chill area. Welcome to stay in our charming "Art and Flowers" apartment in the heart of Liepāja city. The apartment is located in a historic red brick building built 1905. The apartment recently has been completely renovated. We are proud to have the status of the architectural monument. Only 500 meters from beach and seaside park. Twice around a corner is Square of Roses (Rožu Laukums). Nearby by walking distance are nice restaurants and culture objects such as concert hall, theater, museum etc.

Free parking by the house. 25 minutes walking distance from the Liepaja centre. Tram stop is very near. You are only short ride away from city centre.

Bicycles available for FREE to our guests 2 bedrooms (large double bed which can be easily split in 2 single beds). Other room equipped with a large and very comfortable triple sofa-bed whic can be made into 3 single beds or double. The beach is 100m from the house. Next to the house there is a cycling and pedestrian route which runs trough all Liepaja trough sand dunes and a seaside park. Close to a shopping center, South Forts and Liepaja "narrow" tram.
