La camera matrimoniale ha un delizioso balconcino che si affaccia sulla via principale, ideale per un calice di vino alla fine di una lunga giornata di vacanza. La cucina permette di mangiare a casa comodamente, dalla finestra che si apre sul ronco entra una piacevole brezza marina. Tutti i luoghi imperdibili di Ortigia sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, così come la spiaggetta di Calarossa

It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large living area and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The apartment has a laundry, air conditioning in both bedrooms, TV and WIFI. The living area has a double sleeper couch. The apartment is perfect for a party of 4 people with an option of 2 extra children on the sleeper couch.

A pizzeria, café/restaurant with an ice cream parlour and a small supermarket (only open in the high season) are within short walking distance. Two more small supermarkets in Lidi di Noto are open all year.
