Blockhouse Life is a new sustainable community with net-zero designs built in Spokane's South Perry Street. We promote a sustainable, eco-friendly lifestyle that creates a unique, memorable experience for our guests and our planet! Blockhouse Perry is quiet, pet-friendly, and conveniently located by, but not in, downtown Spokane. Blockhouses are built only using sustainable practices and materials, allowing us to be net-zero, so our guests can enjoy a "sustainable stay" that reduces their carbon footprint for a net-zero future.

Mother in law Suite w/private entrance

This is an addition to our home. Your own private entrance into a mother in law set up. Full bedroom with full bathroom. Complete kitchen w/ full fridge, oven, dishwasher. There is cameras on property. Close to sporting venues, golf, hiking and lakes. Queen bed in bedroom. Couch has pull out-suitable for small children. No smoking and no vaping on property . If you do you will pay $300 cleaning fee. We do NOT provide toiletries.We do NOT provide breakfasts. Don’t provide coffee or detergent

Inside, a king bed, kitchenette (no stove), TV area (You Tube TV, sports and many other options) with two swivel recliners. Bathroom with shower includes washer-dryer. Wi-Fi and coffee/tea and snacks available. Relax in or out. Close to North Spokane: 10 minutes from Whitworth and Green Bluff, 6 minutes from Starbucks, 5 minutes from Costco & 3 from fast food.

North Idaho Chalet

Nestled in rugged Black Bay Park, this centrally-located oasis is in the heart of Post Falls, walking distance to restaurants and breweries, yet feels like you're a million miles away. Enjoy a homey, well-appointed unit, featuring a gourmet kitchen with professional appliances, an office, even a loft. It's a beautiful, short walk from the property to the Spokane river. Just minutes to I-90. Short drive to downtown CDA or Spokane. Silverwood and multiple ski resorts all less than an hour.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is one whole side of a duplex located in a peaceful neighborhood of Spokane Valley. The Retreat is tucked away yet super close to hiking trails, The Spokane Valley Mall, And much more! It has a huge fully enclosed backyard for the littles and fur babies to run around in while you enjoy your coffee on the elevated patio. This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 30 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and double bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!
