Walk through the iron gate on 26th Street into a private courtyard leading to your door on the right. It is a completely private apartment with a small porch. The house was built in 1855. The owner lives on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Guests are welcome to use the garden and courtyard area. The apartment has been newly renovated.

The beautiful turn of the century home overlooks the Richmond city skyline from its perch on Princess Anne Avenue. Across the street is Jefferson Park- a nice urban park with a playground and plenty of space to walk your dog or throw a frisbee.
