This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.
