Accés au centre ville est facile, à pied , en vélo ou en voiture. La maison dispose de tout le confort et d'un grand jardin avec piscine et barbecue. Pour ceux qui aiment la nature il y a de belles balades en bord de mer ou dans l’arrière pays. Beaucoup de visite culturelle entre Tarragone, Reus, Miravet, le monastère de Poblet...etc
