The Barn at 4C Farm

Welcome to The Barn, where you can feel the comfort of home and luxury! In a newly built venue, that is complete with; two bedrooms with a queen size bed, dresser and mirror in each! Also with, two full size bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen; with two fridges, two ovens, and two microwaves. The kitchen has granite countertops and is also stocked with snacks and a Keurig coffee machine! Along with the kitchen is a full leather sectional and two 75”TVs that have YouTube TV for viewing pleasure!

Restful hiking retreat. Unplug from life and enjoy the peaceful serenity of nature. Hiking in to the location is a breeze after enjoying the nearby Sheltowee Trace National Recreation Trail. Enjoy a fireside story or chat by the natural light of the moon. Includes a small bunkhouse with direct access to the Daniel Boone National Forest. An amenity you won't forget is access to the historic fire tower. Enjoy overlooking the forest canopy from high above the trees. It will be unbelievable!

Hiking trails nearby- Buzzard Roost trail, Shawnee State Forrest and Edge of Appalachia trails.

Third Hollow Farm

Welcome to Third Hollow Farm! A quiet country setting on 400 acres of private wooded land. With access to hiking trails which have views of the Ohio river, wildlife, Kinniconick creek which is perfect for kayaking or Garrison boat ramp for boating both are a 3 mile drive from cabin. ATV’s are also welcome. You will be able to enjoy the amenities of home such as Wi-Fi, TV’s, central heat and air, city water and a fully furnished kitchen. We are now offering hunting by the day, for added price.

Cliffside Properties / Carter Caves Cabin Rental

Perched on the edge of the canyon at the entrance to Carter Caves State Park, our 3-story cabin easily sleeps 10. On our twenty acre preserve, there are 5 cave entrances and two caves that open into the State Park gorge, with many box canyons and waterfalls to explore. Whether you're enjoying the State Park's massive natural bridges, cave tours, horseback riding, swimming, fishing or kayaking on Smoky Lake or Tygarts Creek, our Cliffside Cabin rental is a great place to relax and explore.

Cabin on the Ohio River

If you love being around water this place is for you. You can go fishing, Watch boats, Jet ski's. Or you can even bring your own boat or jet ski. The boat dock isn't far from the camp. Their is also a playground by the boat dock to take the kiddos to. The Kitchen is also outdoors. The bathroom is downstairs enclosed to takes showers keep in mind when your done taking a shower and you open the door it you might get a little cool if you stay during fall. There is no running water upstairs.

You'll find everything you need to feel at home, from a fully-equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi and plush bedding. If you’re here for work, the desk in the bunk room should meet all your needs. Relax on the back deck and watch the barges go by on the mighty Ohio River or play some ping pong in the game room.

This rustic cabin offers heating and air conditioning, to make your stay comfortable all year around. Direct access to 1806 Adventures off-road park. Guests have plenty of room for truck and trailer parking.

Relax with the entire family tucked away in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains in the rolling hills of the Ohio River Valley. Enjoy the large front and backyard, pool, sunroom, and game room. Boat ramps that enter into the Ohio River and Kinniconick Creek (that leads to the river) are just a few miles away. You are within a 15 minute drive to gather any supplies/needed groceries. As owners we can be available for any issue or concerns within minutes.
