Fantastic place and beautiful locations. The sunsets were so scenic. We watched them every night. La Jolla is a wonderful town to visit. The beaches and people were great. My only complaint is we didn’t have time to stay longer.

This is our third time staying in Erin’s place. It is ideal for the 2 of us when we visit family, especially when the weather is good and we have full use of the deck. The attention to detail is great and we had everything we could reasonably expect. It will be our first choice on our next trip.

Do not hesitate booking this stay for your next vacation. The absolute perfect location, most charming little beach condo, INSANE VIEW!! Close to everything you need in the sweetest town. Steven is amazing and extremely helpful

Probably the best Airbnb my wife and I have ever stayed in. Amazing location with a spectacular view. Easy check in and when you walk through the door you are met with an incredible home with peaceful music and super clean living space. Only con was the elevator situation (only one working and takes a min to get to you) but meh no big deal. We never wanted to leave the Airbnb that’s how awesome it was. Great location as well and right next to the beach. Thanks for one awesome trip and home.

Best Beach in seconds! Luxury 3Bd/2Ba KING Beds!

Place as described and overall a great location and cozy home. Welcomed us with nice snacks and waters which was a thoughtful touch! 1 home off the bay and about 2 blocks from the ocean... basically right in between both. Parking is a challenge at times (small/short car port which only fits compact car) but we managed and it wasn't bad overall and very common for beach type homes. Two of the rooms feel like master, although there's only one bathroom upstairs for three people to share. But there is a bathroom downstairs with the shower for added use. If you require any sort of early check-in make sure to communicate with up front. Definitely worth the price and would suggest to anyone.

Sylvia’s Airbnb property was very comfortable and spacious. It has a great chefs kitchen for your whole family. And the view is spectacular. My family of five and myself had a wonderful stay. Very comfortable beds and baths. Bonus; working fire place outside and inside. The photos match the space. Thank you for having everything we needed, including high chair and toys/books for the 5 and 2 yr old. Great instructions and videos about your house! I would definitely recommend this property. I loved staying at Ann’s house. The location was perfect, the pictures looked just like the house and it was extremely comfortable. All of the little touches, like providing a makeup mirror in the bathroom and games/puzzles in the closet, were much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home with exceptional views. Loved the hot tub, and indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. Really nice private sleeping areas away from the indoor gathering spaces. We had a lovely time.
