Best Location! Modern French Country bungalow

Located less than 5 minutes to anything you'll ever need while staying in Lethbridge. This home is inspired by the timeless charm of the old French Country. This main floor bungalow received new fun flooring (the majority is site finish oldstyle hardwood), new rustic ceiling beams and tv mantle, brand new kitchen, new washer dryer, and quartz countertops. Sorry No Pets. We were pet friendly but hairy big dogs that do damage were too frequent Separate basement suite also available check it out

The Ultimate Getaway

Our place was designed for families . We gave the yard a campground feel with a large bilevel deck, blue-tooth speaker surround sound, two sitting areas, a hot tub, two fire places (propane and wood), a 14 ft above ground pool, zipline to a landing platform, and a slide from the platform to a sandbox for kids. The yard is very spacious with lots of room to play. The inside was modernized and includes wifi and smart tvs in every room with a large leather sectional couch for easy visiting.

Front living room and cozy basement family room. Master bedroom has walk in closet, 2 piece bathroom and queen bed. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and 3rd bedroom has double bed. There is a futon in the living room if needed. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities of home.

Beautiful Basement Suite By Hospital

We live in the best part of Lethbridge, the SOUTH! Streets lined with big beautiful trees, and close to... well everything! A beautiful golf course + park with lake down the road. We're a couple blocks from the hospital, great for family or friends visiting a loved one, or a 'mother in law' suite for a new baby, and minutes from the downtown shops and coulees with walking paths along the river. Or chose to stay in and enjoy the comfort of home.
