This is a large bright, centrally located basement suite with a private entrance, separate furnace, and dedicated off-street parking. There are 3 bedrooms each with a closet. There is a large kitchen that flows through to the dining and living room area. The location can't be beaten! Centrally located means the coulees are a 10-minute walk, the College is a 5-minute drive, the University is a 15-minute drive, hospital and palliative care are a 5-minute walk and shopping is in every direction.

An upscale home in a desirable westside neighbourhood backing onto a beautiful pond. Nicholas Sheran Lake is only minutes away with a stunning park setting and frisbee golf course. Bike in the coulees or walk the trails to the river. Plus, the University is only a short commute by bike or bus. Take some time to enjoy the Canadian Rockies at Waterton Lakes National Park with incredible mountain views and outdoor activities. It is close to tons of parks and walking paths, including Henderson Lake. It is walking distance from the Lethbridge Exhibition grounds, with a variety of restaurants, stores, and the hospital, within a 5 minute drive. Loads of storage, laundry, and a play pen available if needed. We also offer free wifi and cable TV.

Perfect for professionals or students and walking distance (4 min) to the hospital, this 2 bed, 1 bathroom suite includes full appliances, living area and a unique walk-in closet! The bathroom is one of the most beautiful spaces you’ll find in a lower level suite… with an oversized shower and stunning tile work. This suite has its own secure entrance from the side of the main house. Please note that there are people (and three small dogs) living on the upper level, but no spaces are shared.

Beautiful Basement Suite By Hospital

We live in the best part of Lethbridge, the SOUTH! Streets lined with big beautiful trees, and close to... well everything! A beautiful golf course + park with lake down the road. We're a couple blocks from the hospital, great for family or friends visiting a loved one, or a 'mother in law' suite for a new baby, and minutes from the downtown shops and coulees with walking paths along the river. Or chose to stay in and enjoy the comfort of home.
