Der Wohnraum Das 38 m² große Apartment bietet einen großzügigen 25 m² Wohn-/Schlafraum mit einem hochwertigen Boxspringbett. Ein 42“ TV-Flat-Screen mit Amazon Fire TV-Stick & WiFi sind verfügbar. Das private Badezimmer besitzt eine Regendusche, WC, Haarföhn und Spiegel. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden selbstverständlich von uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet, besitzt eine Mikrowelle mit Backofenfunktion, Kochfeld, Kühlschrank, Toaster und Waschmaschine. Außerdem gibt es eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher – Kaffeetabs und Tee stellen wir bereit. Wir bieten euch ein vollausgestattetes Apartment mit einem großen Wohn-und Schlafraum, einer Küche und einem privaten Badezimmer. Diese Wohnung befindet sich in der Mitte Wien's. Es ist eine Erdgeschoss Wohnung, ca 500m von Wien Praterstern entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Haus Fugbachgasse 5, sie hat einen seperaten Eingang, der sich um die Ecke auf der Mühlfeldgasse befindet. Zugang per Zahlenschloss, Code wird vor der Ankunft bekannt gegeben. Kein anderer hat Zugang zu dieser Wohnung, sie gehört also dir/euch ganz alleine. Cozy apartment in the heart of vienna

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im 3. Bezirk und ist nur 4 Stationen vom Stephansplatz und 3 Stationen von Wien Mitte - The Mall entfernt wo es einen Anschluss mittels CAT zum Flughafen geht. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 15 Minuten. Es ist ein sehr helles Appartement mit großen Fenstern und hohen Räumen. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Es liegt im 1. Stock ist durch den Lift problemlos erreichbar. Der grüne Prater, die Erholungszone Wiens ist nur 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
