This quirky little studio is surrounded by 3 acres. It is a small space offering private entry, undercover parking and outdoor cooking area. There are dogs, ponies, goat, sheep, chickens, rooster, ducks and often koalas on the property. Under 10 mins walk to the pub and all that the vibrant village of Meeniyan has to offer and 5 mins walk to the rail trail. Marcelle's is a beautifully restored 1917 country cottage built for workers of the local butter factory, in the heart of Korumburra. It's ideally situated, surrounded by a tranquil garden and is restored to its former glory. With original Baltic floorboards throughout which complement the comfortable and high quality furnishings. Guests will enjoy the entire property with access to private outdoor spaces in the dog friendly garden. Smart TV, wifi, off street parking and double garage.
