This 1937 duplex is on the Tallahassee Historic register and part of the Myers Park Historic District tour. It served visiting professors, legislators, and students in the past and continues to provide a welcome refuge to visitors to Florida’s capital city. The urban forest location is very convenient to downtown and the amenities and restaurants of Cascades park are only a 5 minute walk. Also close by is Myers Park’s Wade Wehunt pool and the Capital City Country Club golf course.
