Fully permitted rental (by College Township) 2.4 miles from Beaver Stadium. It's a basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood. You'll have a workout space with a peloton bike, treadmill, weight bench, some free weights, & yoga mats. Early check-in/late checkout by request. 1 bed & 1 sleeper sofa; can add air mattress if requested. No kitchen, but there's a hot/cold water machine, fridge, coffee makers, cups/plates/silverware, microwave, wine chiller, panini press, Foreman grill, and blender.

There's a Spacious living and dining room/kitchen,there is also a large backyard perfect for football weekends. Walking distance to local cafes and eateries with a bus stop at the bottom of the road

This beautiful 4 bedroom house is located on 10 acres on Mt Nittany but still only a few minutes from campus. Whether you plan to stay for a game, a getaway with friends and family, this is the house for you. It sleeps 10, has a fully equipped kitchen, PSU themed game room in the basement and a 6 person hot tub! (Local ordinance requires bookings to be a minimum of 15 nights)

About us: Seasoned locals! we live in the other half of this duplex and are available as little or as often as needed ;) Fur babies welcome (under 25lbs..but all must be approved)

Off street parking for four vehicles, wrap around front porch, private fenced-in backyard with hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms plus 1 queen sleeper sofa, 1 1/2 bathrooms, and washer/dryer. Sorry, no pets and no smoking/vaping on premises.

The light-filled, spacious apartment is located in the quiet Houserville area of State College. Its central location gives guests easy access to all that State College has to offer—2.9 miles from Beaver Stadium, 4.3 miles from Old Main, and 1.8 miles from groceries, restaurants, and shopping. The location is perfect for peace and quiet, while being very close to it all. This unit is detached and not part of the main house.

Our cabin is full of luxury & serenity. Combine the peace and meditative beauty of the forest WITHOUT the roughing it, just a jaunt away from Happy Valley, walking distance to C.B. McCann, 25 minutes to Juniata college. The handcrafted sauna easily accommodates 4 people. The 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is located beside Spring Creek and is a wonderful place to relax with a large grassy backyard and deck. Compact in size with plenty of charm. Strict NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO PARTIES, NO PETS.
