If you are looking for a quiet yet beautiful location, this is the place for you. The view from the pool was amazing and many times we saw dolphins swimming in the area. The pictures accurately portray the condo. Thank you for allowing us to use your condo.

We really liked the house and location at the end of the street. House was very clean and newly renovated , updated with any amenities that we needed! Beds were very comfortable! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Jessica was extremely responsive and accommodating. Our flight got cancelled the morning of our intended arrival pushing us back a day, Jessica worked with us to add a day to the end of our stay, she's great! The condo is spotless, well appointed, tastefully decorated, located in our favorite area of the island and provides a beautiful view of the Marco River. We've stayed at a number of places on Marco over the years and Jessica's ranks as our new #1!

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

I definitely plan on booking here again! The area was nice and the home was even nicer. If you are looking for a place to stay I would highly recommend this one! :)

We loved everything about our stay at Josh’s place, unit I152. And Josh was an amazing host with great communication. The condo unit itself was great and delivered on all promises of comfort detailed in the listing. Spacious, clean, comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen, and convenient WiFi and tv. And loved the screened in patio with views of the pond and palm trees. We felt like at home from the second we rolled in. The Park Shore Resort property was also a great experience and we took advantage of all of it . . . Amazing resort style pool, onsite restaurant, gym, patio area with grills, and pickleball & tennis. And when we did decide to leave the property, there was easy access to amazing shopping, restaurants, and beaches anywhere from walking distance to short Uber ride. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Park Shore Resort unit I152 and highly recommend staying here or any other property hosted by Josh.

What a beauty!!! This house was better than the pictures and the descriptions provided! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly think of - and we had a blast making some meals and dining by the pool. The pool was gorgeous and warm, with lots of sun through late afternoon. We rented bikes, fished from the dock, and made use of the gym in the garage. Rusty called to welcome us, made some recommendations on places we’d not tried previously, and explained how a few things worked. He stopped by when we had a challenge using the surround sound system. He was a very thoughtful host, and checked in an additional time to make sure all was as expected. We’re already looking forward to returning!! Thanks again for a great week!

Absolutely wonderful! Was perfect for a group of five of us - could’ve easily accommodated another person. We had a family of four, with two boys, five and eight, as well a grandparent with us for the entire trip. I know it might sound very cliché - but the photos really don’t do this property justice! The moment we open the front door you could see the ocean through the living room and dining room out through the pool area, and we immediately felt a sense of relaxation and peace. Our family ended up spending hours and hours on and off in the pool and out on the dock throughout each day. We ended up using the pool area and dock area a lot more than we had initially planned. The kitchen was perfectly stocked, and the beds and linens were very comfortable. We didn’t have a single complaint from anybody that used the beds and a pull out one of the nights. The attention to detail in each of the bathrooms as well as the kitchen were amazing. We’d absolutely rent this again!!

We had an absolutely fantastic 2-week stay at Kat’s place. I’ve rented a lot of Airbnbs and I’ve never had a more proactive and responsive host! House was exactly as described, beautiful inside and out. Location is SPECTACULAR - easy walk to public access points to the beach, shops and many restaurants. We’ve stayed on the north end of the island previously, and much prefer this area!

We had such a wonderful time in Marco. Your house was exactly what we were looking for in a family vacation. The pool and spa were wonderful and it was great to have a beautiful kitchen so we could prepare some of our own meals. It was great to have our whole family together in one place. We hope to visit again in the future.

The house was pristine when we arrived. Plenty of towels for both the pool and shower. Yanelis was responsive when I had some questions and everything was taken care of in a quick manner. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait for our next trip to Marco! Thank you!

The house was perfect for us, family of 4. Easy access and very peaceful. It was great to use the bikes and kayaks . My child loves fishing , easy access from the boat dock. The pool was very nice We tried different beaches and our favorite was Tigertail beach , very secluded. It was a very relaxing stay and we would return .

What a great little place sat in a cute little quiet fishing village. Older house for sure but a great location with a fantastic outdoor space right on the water super quiet, peaceful, and calm. Great living room with reclining chairs and couch. They did think of all the amenities, including bug spray, fishing, rods, kayaks, etc..

We had a wonderful stay for our week long family vacation. The home was very clean, spacious, and welcoming. We loved the pool and spa and did a lot of fishing in the canal from the dock. The kitchen had everything we needed. Located on a cal-de-sac made it private and quiet which we loved. Easy 5-10 min drive to all the Marco Island restaurants and sights. Sarah was a wonderful host. Super easy to communicate with and responded to our inquires. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great and relaxing stay. The unit was located near everything and had plenty of amenities. Karen quickly handled any issues that we encountered. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place in Marco Island.

My family and I had a wonderful spring break week at Hoot's condo. It was exactly as described and pictured, and was the perfect home base for exploring Marco Island and its beaches! Everything went very smoothly from check-in to departure. He had lots of helpful recommendations as well.

Our stay at Tom’s condo was absolutely wonderful. All the positive reviews are spot on and still it exceeded my expectations. Tom was very responsive and we had no issues during our stay. The condo is very clean and comfortable. We loved having coffee each morning on the patio overlooking the boats and water at the marina, also the tennis courts and pool are the view from the patio, and I was very happy with how peaceful it was. The pool was never crowded while we were there. And having the dolphin tiki bar on site was also awesome. The food and drinks were excellent. This was our first time to Marco Island and if we come back I would most definitely stay here again… thank you Tom!!

Short walk to beach. Large pool. Clean condo and surroundings. Kitchen equipped with plenty of dishes etc. They also had beach towels, wagon, chairs for the beach since we flew here. Would stay here again!

Bill and Kelly’s condo was perfect for our stay at Marco island. The space and surrounding atmosphere was great! We loved that their place was so close to restaurants, the beach , and grocery stores. We loved spending our mornings on the patio watching boats come in. All of the staff and surrounding neighbors were also very pleasant. Thank you so much for accommodating us!

Kelly’s place was perfect! Very quiet at night, great atmosphere, very low key not a bunch of party people in the other units. Great restaurants within a 15 minute drive. The unit was very clean and well organized. The bed was comfortable, furnishings were very good. The view of the gulf was amazing from the ninth floor as was the coastline. We’re are very happy we picked this unit and will definitely come back on our next trip to Fort Myers Beach.

Grant and Natacha's place is the perfect vacation spot. The condo is beautifully decorated and the location is quiet and peaceful! Everything needed for a day at the beach was provided. We followed the recommendation in the guide book and went to Lover's Key State Park Beach. It's definitely worth the five minute drive! We are hoping to book again next year!

Our stay was exactly what we were hoping for! Koury was so helpful leading up to and during the trip, as we were trying to coordinate with a family staying in a different tower, and she was able to help confirm several questions for us. Her place was clean, spacious and had everything that we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. We enjoyed mornings at the pool, lunch back at the condo and afternoons on the beach. We definitely appreciated the beach wagon, chairs and gear. I’m also someone who likes to unpack so I appreciated the dresser in one bedroom and the cubes and nightstands in the master which gave me plenty of room to put and make sense of our stuff. We’d love to stay again. Her place is comfortable for when you’re indoors and accommodating for helping you make the most of the beach and area.
