The house offers amazing comfort for 6-9 people . Designed with comfort in mind , the beds are hybrid memory foam with hypoallergenic pillows that help a great night sleep after a long relaxing beach day. Pine ridge model home

New Model home, brand new house all new and furniture. Pine ride jewel offers a straight shot to the clam pass beach and many more beaches around 8 miles straight west gets you to all high end dining and malls. Pine Ridge road is very easy to navigate and offers many shops and malls, one easy strait ride to the beach. The house offers an older florida home style rap around porch not found in newer homes but we stopped at nothing to make this a real charmer with many views of nature.

Stunning Beach Cottage!

Welcome to paradise. Stunning cottage one mile from the beach! Three bedrooms, two bathroom, one with a brand new steam shower. This house is immaculately appointed and sits on a little lake. Enjoy the fire pit on any cold nights. Relax in the heated pool and hot tub or enjoy the patio which is screened in and includes a BBQ and relaxing seating. This really is a fantastic location, close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Small dog ok with pet fee.

Tadpole cottage by the sea

Newly renovated house a mile from downtown and the beach. Quirky little neighborhood with great neighbors. This place was lovingly restored by me last year. Home was renovated with a modern beach flair Currently only renting for two weeks or longer. If you are looking for a shorter rental, please message me.
