The rooms have poster beds or king size beds made of teak wood with comfortable bedding. The rooms are made in a way to get maximum natural light.

You have all the peace and privacy you need with a vantage view of leh city from the property which is on the opposite side of river indus . It has a functional kitchen a fire pit and an outdoor bar. Travelling time from leh city to the property is 20-30 mins, depending on traffic. The property has a storage room cum indoor parking place for one car. It has a green house and a garden with plantation. It is still a work in progress.
