I booked this for my parents to stay in while visiting and they said it was affordable, quiet and nice and clean.

Very modern and clean. Perfect for one or two people for a quick over night. Kitchen was equipped. Bed was comfortable. Walking distance to the beach. Not much else around. The pier, shops and restaurants are close by. Visit the pier if you like the beach but everything else around has gone down. Not appealing at all. We drove 10 min away for a meal.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Christchurch! The place was immaculate, and well-maintainedl. It’s conveniently located close to all amenities, making it easy to explore the town.

It was a beautiful place on a hill with great privacy, beautiful and transition surroundings. kitchen was so well equipped and the Attic space was such a welcomed addition. Host was very helpful as well sharing with us local weather update as it was a bad storm when we reached and checking in on us when some items wasn't working initially! thank you for to making our stay so comfortable and memorable!

Fabulous spot to stay, you can walk to the local galley and best food cafe and local store. We arrived in a raging storm and pelting rain. Access to the Eco Cottage was terrific as has a covered porch. All modern amenities this self contained cottage complete with heated toilet seat, heat pump and wood log fire was perfect. Surprisingly private with a garden aspect and plenty of glass to admire the view. We were not going out into the storm again that night. We are so thankful to Richard for the fresh farm eggs, a bottle of wine, milk tea and coffee and Scottish fudge which was already there in the well appointed kitchen. We set about making scrambled eggs on our Turkish bread toast with fresh tomatoes and camembert cheese and watched a movie on Netflix with a roaring fire. Big thumbs up Richard from Lou & Howard

Thanks to our hosts for a lovely stay in this tidy modern apartment. It had everything we needed for a family holiday based in the centre of Christchurch. It was nice and quiet at night thanks to the double glazing! There are great cafes and restaurants within walking distance and free parking around the corner in Nova Place. Highly recommend!
