Welcome to our slice of heaven in Leelanau County. Relax and unwind in the new large private guest suite in the lower level of our home. Private access is on the north side of our house. Perfect location to take advantage of all the beauty and activites offered in the area. Only 3 miles south of Suttons Bay, a short drive to Traverse, and close to the Leelanau Trail, award winning golf course, wineries and beautiful beaches. Renters will not have access to our backyard and waterfront area.

Adorable 1-bedroom Stone House Guest Suite Retreat

Relax and enjoy your stay in this quiet, centrally-located private guest suite in Leelanau County. Quick and easy drives to Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes Lakeshore, local wineries and breweries. Located in the village of Cedar, start your day with a stroll to the local coffee shop. Wander through the shops in town before you set out for your destination. Later that evening, stop by the tavern for dinner with the locals. Experience the beauty of Leelanau, where every season brings delight!

Centrally located to wineries, downtown, & beaches

This light and bright newer lower level suite is almost 900 square feet with an open floor plan. Rooms include a living/dining/kitchenette area, private bedroom, and bathroom. All very crisp, clean, and modern. A separate parking area will lead you down steps to a private patio adorned with seating for a place to relax and enjoy the rolling hill backyard and woods. The suite is stocked with several amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a welcome bottle of local wine and goodies.

Suttons Bay, Stoney Point Retreat

Enjoy beautiful Stoney Point! Bike and walk quiet country roads through woods, fields, and orchards with surprising views of Grand Traverse Bay. A small local park is 1/2 block away with great vistas, swimming and an easy kayak launch. Suttons Bay with its beaches, marinas, restaurants and unique shops is a 3 mile ride along the shore. Enjoy a quick bike ride into town to access the Leelanau trail. Visit nearby orchards, wineries, Fishtown and Sleeping Bear Dunes/National Lakeshore.

Direct water access for swimming, fishing, sunning and watching the sunset. Be close to the wineries and several great restaurants within 2-3 miles. And Only 7 miles from downtown Traverse City shopping, dining and entertainment. Suite has a coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster and microwave.

Suite 22 bay view in-town retreat

Bright downtown Suttons Bay apartment suite with a coastal feel to the decor, bay view and ideal location across the street from a park and boat launch, the Saturday farmer's market and a paved bike trail that runs to Traverse City (and near several wineries). Downtown shops, great restaurants, festivals and a large sandy beach are just a 1-3 block walk from the house that sleeps four and has a small kitchenette area. Great base for a Leelanau wine tour. All welcome.

North of Ordinary

North of Ordinary is a private guest suite situated along the Old Mission Peninsula wine trail, only 2 miles from downtown Traverse City. The space has a separate entrance with locks, a private bathroom and outdoor patio space. The suite also has a miniature refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker with complementary tea and coffee. As your host, I am happy to provide recommendations regarding local attractions, but will otherwise offer complete privacy.

The Gristmill Apartment

My house is the first house north of Cherrybend on the bay side. My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, parks, art and culture, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I am on premise and available to answer any questions. I live in the main house.
