Beautiful home , we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking with them in future.

Colleen was very accommodating! My friends and I appreciated her communication and responsiveness to all our inquires. She was proactive with recommendations for things to do in the area as well! The complimentary snacks and bottle of wine was great! This was our first time out here, and we’re definitely looking to come back and hopefully stay with her again.

We enjoyed a great stay at Taylor’s house. It was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. All beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We walked to the beach almost every day and hung out on the deck in the evenings. We appreciated the gating that was available for the deck to keep it safe for our 3 toddlers, and everyone enjoyed making s’mores around the fire ring. We found everything we needed in Sutton’s Bay and Traverse City, including an excellent Children’s Museum that came in handy one rainy day. All 9 of us agreed that Taylor’s would be a great place to come back to again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! The home was very spacious for our group of 5. We did struggle to find Ubers and Lyfts and taxis seem to book up quickly so we would suggest planning rides in advance. Other than that we couldn’t have asked for a better space and location for our trip! Annemarie is a great host and kept us informed and up to date throughout our entire stay. Would definitely recommend!

Location of the home for within Leelanau peninsula is absolutely perfect as it is central to anywhere we wanted to go on our trip. Really appreciated the cleanliness of the house, I felt at home immediately. Also loved the peaceful outdoor surroundings and enjoyed drinking coffee on the porches. We saw several deer, turkeys, sandhill cranes, and of course the cow neighbors. Nicole and David were very responsive when messaged, although we didn’t have to ask for anything further from them since everything was already great at the house. They also checked in with us the day after we arrived to make sure everything was going well for us and we got inside ok. 10/10 we had a great weekend! Would definitely consider staying again in the future.

The house was immaculate. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of warm blankets. There were lots of empty cupboards and drawers for our clothes and groceries. The location near the center on the Leelanau Peninsula made it easy to drive to all of the points that interested us. Stephanie or Rena immediately responded to any question I had.

We could not have asked for a better location and accommodations for 4 adults and 2 children on our first family vacation. The house is located just off the road on a peaceful and quiet very large lot. The bedding was so comfortable making for very restful nights. We had easy access to multiple beaches, restaurants playgrounds and wineries. When we chose to buy local fish and cook at home we found the kitchen well apportioned and stocked. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this little piece of heaven in Leland. PS: we enjoyed our daily visit with her chickens and she was generous to share the most delicious eggs. We were spoiled by everything this place has to offer.

Great location close to town, walk to tasting rooms, restaurants, etc. Quiet neighborhood. Clean, charming, has everything we need. Have stayed several times and we love it.

From the moment we stepped inside, it felt like home. Warm and friendly, relaxing atmosphere. Surrounding area, with its lake shores, hiking trails and wineries all added to the experience. We had even booked a follow up stay before we had completed our first.

A precious space right in town that we enjoyed so much, only wishing we would have had more time. Incredible hosts providing great communication and information to make our short time so special. The space had everything one needs and we were super comfy. We cannot wait to return. Thank you so much!

Nice little place in the village of Northport. Quiet and clean with beautiful breezes at night to have a restful night. It was a great place and the host did a great job of making her home a great destination

What a beautiful place. Amazing modern build, very spacious with Cafe right below. very quiet overall even with being by the main road. Host was friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze.

Perched on a peaceful hilltop surrounded by trees, the Birdhouse offers cozy, thoughtful accommodations. You will find that Joyce has thought about every detail in how the space is designed. From the delicious local coffee from Higher Grounds, to the comfortable bed and all of the kitchen supplies you could need, your shelter needs will be met - and then some with Joyce’s hospitality. We used her detailed visiting guide to pick up dinner (which did not disappoint in the least! Run, don’t walk, to Nittolo’s!) Our time in northern Michigan is always a treat. It feels like time is slower and the days are a little less stressful and our time at Joyce’s was no exception. This past weekend at the Birdhouse was one of our most memorable trips and Joyce’s hospitality played a large part in that. She was communicative leading up to our arrival date, was helpful when we had questions and was kind enough to let us meet and spend time with her adorable pups. We can't wait to return!

We had a great stay! The place was clean and cozy. Sound traveled easy so it was a little hard with kids but overall good!

The apartment is really nice-great kitchen and comfy beds. The WiFi and TV reception are spotty but we were there to mostly be outside anyway. Camille is very responsive and we would definitely stay here again. Very close to many wineries, cute towns, cities, and beaches. The color of the trees was the prettiest I have ever seen.

We had a wonderful weekend and totally enjoyed the Condo. It was clean, organized and we felt right at home. We most definitely would stay there again. It was perfect!! Thank you so much for allowing us to rent from you. It was nice to have a home, instead of just hotel rooms. Excellent experience.

We had an enjoyable weekend! The instructions to get in were easy and clear. The condo was clean and comfortable and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. It snowed the whole time we were there so we appreciated that the entry was covered and sidewalk/steps were kept shoveled and salted. We enjoyed watching the ducks on the river out the back patio. I highly recommend Holly's place!

We have stayed at this location before while we are in the area visiting family. Obviously, we enjoy this place & look forward to being able to return in the future!

Loved the clean and cozy accomodations close to the beach and all the wonders of the Sleeping Bear Dunes area.

What a little gem! We felt very safe and at home at this condo. It was nice and centrally located to all the places we wanted to go. More amenities than we could want or need and everything was spotless and well kept! We loved this place so much that we want to look at our own to purchase in the area. Will definitely stay again! Also… cannot beat the responsiveness of the owners. Top notch!

Marvelous, The stay at Yana's condo was marvelous. Clean, Efficient and peaceful. with a wonderful " winter wonderland" view. Yana was very helpful and responsive, and I felt right at home during my stay. Thank you again!
