House with partial lakeviews in a gated community!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The house is located in a gated golf community. A view of the lake can be seen from the front porch and at the deck at the back of the house. Guests have a marina access and you can bring any non gasoline engine boats. You can enjoy the community pool(closed during winter season). The house has a fire pit in the backyard and a charcoal grill. Ample parking area. Wifi and Roku are included. Within min to a number of groceries and restaurants.

Great Escape

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Centrally located 44 min from RDU International Airport via US-1 S and 41 minutes to Fort Liberty (Bragg) Military Base via NC-87 S. This home has 4 bedrooms with first floor living. Master has spacious en suite and there is an office space/game room located in the front of the home. There are 3 bedrooms rooms upstairs that share a full bathroom. The home has wi-fi through out and a spacious kitchen.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Near parks, walking trails, restaurants and shopping. Just 1/2 mile off 1/15/501 so Raleigh, Cary, Chapel Hill and Durham are an easy commute. This updated basement apartment offers private entrance, full laundry, kitchen, bath, queen-sized bed and free wifi. Our apartment is not wheel chair assessable but there are no steps to climb, step out of vehicle and right into apartment.

This house is ready for you to feel vacation EVERY day. The water and golf course view is amazing. This home is bright and airy with cathedral ceilings & offers 3 bedrooms with 2 on suites in addition to an additional full bath for guest.
