This family and pet friendly 1200 sqft home has been fully renovated and beautifully decorated, featuring everything you need to relax and enjoy our location that is within 5 miles of Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, and 1 mile from Bunche Beach! Enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the beach and stay with us knowing you have all the beach supplies and basic necessities you could need for your stay! I allow free early check-in as soon as I am finished cleaning:)

Whole cozy house

Entire cozy house just for you friends and family. Perfect to spend a pleasant and relaxed moment. If you plan to have a party or event, this place is NOT for you. The neighbors are very strict in terms of noise and large groups of people. Well maintained house. CLEAN POOL BUT NOT HEATED. This elegant spacious 3 Bedroom + Den, 3 Bathroom house with split floor plan and large living room will truly make you feel home! High ceilings, a lot of natural light, large rooms, amazing Florida canal view, large heated pool. Fully remodeled in 2017 and feels like new.
