Welcome to the Village House in Opelika! This beautiful, newly built two-story home is located in the quaint Fox Run Village community near I-85. The Village House is a convenient 10 miles from Auburn University, 30 miles from Fort Moore, 70 miles from the Montgomery Regional Airport, and 90 miles from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Amenities include a shared community pool and pavilion, a beautifully landscaped backyard, fire pit, covered back porch, and a playset.

An easy 10 to 15 mile drive to Auburn University/Football, RTJ Golf course, Gogue Preforming Arts Center and Downtown Opelika and & Auburn. It is located within a VERY short walk to The Waverly Local,Wild Flour Bakery, Standard Deluxe,& Fig&Wasp Antiques. Fully furnished,2bdrm 1 bath,WIFI,TV allows you to mirror your electronics using your data provider. DVD player.

Large House/close to campus with open floor plan

Newly built home within in walking distance of campus and downtown. It is a short walk to Jordan Hare (.8 miles). And you can be in the heart for downtown area in the same distance. The home is newly purchased and decor is still being added so the walls may seem a little bare. The important stuff like beds, couches, pillows, towels, and kitchen supplies is all there. Please let us know if there is a kitchen gadget that you found to be missing so that we can add it in the future!

It is just 7 miles to Auburn University and Jordan Hare stadium, and a short drive to RTJ golf trail, shopping, restaurants and East Alabama Medical Center and 30 minutes from Lake Martin. This home is completely renovated, ALL new and clean. It is located in a safe and quiet area with a rural feel but it is convenient to almost anything you want to do in the Opelika/Auburn and surrounding areas.
