Willkommen in unserem Wohlfühlhaus Welcome to our comfortzone House Unser Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, und ruhig gelegen. 20Min. in die Stadt, entweder mit dem Auto oder mit dem Zug. Zugstation 15min. zu Fuß oder Bus in 200m Entfernung. Shoppingcenter 3 min zu Fuß. BurnsBeach ca. 3 km, Mullalloo Beach 10 min. Autofahrt oder Bus. Our house is well equipped in a quiekt area. 20 min. drive to the CBD with car or train. Trainstation 15min. walk or bus 200m only. Shoppingcenter 3 min. walk.

Beach House for Holiday Acommodation

Full house available 3 minute walk to beach, park and shops. 2 separate living areas so two families can stay together but in separate areas, 1 upstairs with views and 1 ground floor. Cafe's and Tavern 3 min walk with amazing sunsets over the ocean. 4wd areas not far away along with Yanchep national park. Great place to stay if going to a function at Yanchep Caves or just relax as everything is at your doorstep. Space to park a small caravan if required and pet friendly(house trained only).

It is equipped with modern fresh colored furnishings to give a holiday and relaxed vibe. Make a coffee and unwind on the couch , watch a movie or relax on the double day bed with a book or work at the desk. Sit outside the courtyard and enjoy the ambience. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances to make entertaining a breeze.

Relax with your family and friends in this two storey home, with breathtaking views. Just meters to the beach. Located in a secure complex with a pool, tennis court and beautiful gardens. Ideal for a maximum of 9 people, can possibly cater for further small children, message for details.

The Glass House

Front row glass beach house: 100m to the mouth of the Moore River Stunning, architect designed beach house with best views of river estuary and ocean. A great nature based holiday spot. Canoe up the Moore River, fun safe swimming in the estuary. BYO linen (sheets, pillow cases and towels NOT provided). The house has three queen sized beds and a bunk room with two sets of bunks. It is a beach house and can be cool in winter. No central heating, only portable heaters.

Misty's Beach Haven, come chillout out relax.

Come chill at Misty's home/apartment. Exclusive use of downstairs, includes 3brms, bathroom, kitchen/dining/lounge plus countyard the lovely alfresco, outside is the shared yard. We are located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep, the beach and shops are both within walking distance. The Yanchep national park is just a short drive away. Access to my separate upstairs apartment is from outside through the garage via the outside stairs.

Ocean Farm house tucked away behind Lancelin in Nilgen, peace and quite is the name of this game. Away from the city with views of the famous Lancelin sand dunes and the Indian Ocean you can lay in the sun or snuggle up alongside the fire in winter. This is the bush by the ocean, this is not the Hilton. Enjoy the quite and the advantage of having Lancelin town only 10min away, enjoy your time away from the city of Perth only 1.5 hours away.
