Charming Farmhouse Retreat

Despite my short stay in the farmhouse, it was very worth it. First and foremost the nature, the peace, the peace, the nice, great, helpful locals who made my stay in the farmhouse nicer. You can get everything you need here, you just have to call and everything will be taken care of immediately, with a very big smile on them face. It was wonderful with everything. I wanna Thank Naiim and ( Abo Wissam) i Love you guys - Naiim was very glad to show us the area and the hiking trails, we enjoyed the delicious fresh fruit that we picked ourselves. He introduced us to his family, he grilled for us, he brought us fresh fruit from his farm every day and left it at the door and left without disturbing us during our stay. - Abo Wissam, the loving person who took care of every little thing around the clock and was very happy that we were there. He does his job right and deserves the best.

Sely and Myriam were nothing but family. They made us feel right at home. Everything from top to bottom was great, our surroundings, the fruits and vegetables, the beautiful view, everything was perfect. Our host wasn’t just a host, they went above and beyond to make everything perfect and comfortable for us. Never seen someone as generous and friendly as Sely and Myriam, they became our second family. If there’s a place on earth you should visit, it’s their place!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Micheline & Paul's place. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness. They are genuinely lovely people who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The space itself is cosy and charming. Perfect for a couple or two friends looking for a peaceful retreat. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. But the real magic lies outside: the beautiful surroundings, the fresh mountain air, and the serene atmosphere make it an ideal base to explore Bcharre and the north of Lebanon. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast Micheline prepared for us, with fresh eggs from their hens, homemade Labneh, and local goat cheese. You can feel the love in every detail. If you’re looking for a warm, intimate, and authentic experience in a breathtaking region, this place is a true gem. Highly recommended!

Very nice place with a big well maintained garden. Perfect for kids to play. With a private parking and private entrance. Georges is very welcoming, responsive and helpful. The apartment is one of the most well equipped and clean aparts. that i have every been to.

The Orchard Treehouse

a gem for nature lovers ! wonderful location, super sweet and helpful hosts, easy communication, would have stayed longer if not already booked elsewhere for next nights! the treehouse has all basics you need, including a small refrigerator (very nice for keeping fruits and water ;) ), it is isolated enough to feel secluded (you may share the room with a lizard or two, that's part of the beauty of the place ;) ) and yet the nearest supermarket and restaurants are about 10 minutes drive, the Baatara gorge waterfall are less than 10 minutes away and from there some wonderful hiking trails get you through the amazing landscapes of the region.

Second time staying with Cezar at his Farmville project, always love to come back, next time for a whole week inshallah, nice and tidy and well-nurished bungalows, the exceptional breakfast, and so lovely and warm welcoming people.

Besonders positiv war die gute Kommunikation mit Ali, da er die deutsche Sprache spricht. Hervorzuheben sind der große Garten, das Pool (was sicher im Sommer auch gefüllt ist), die nächtliche Ruhe und die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber vor Ort. Das fehlende Wifi im Apartment konnten wir durch die eigene Libanon-Sim-Karte gut ersetzen. Das Apartment passte optimal in unserer Reiserouten, denn erst am nächsten Tag stand die Besichtigung von Tyre im Reiseprogramm hatten. Ursprünglich hatten wir das in der Nähe befindliche Bawab Hotel Guesthouse gebucht, der uns aber unmittelbar vor Anreise und erst nach unserer direkten Kontaktaufnahme die Unterkunft stornierte. Wir waren darüber sehr überrascht. Hätten wir nicht vorher Kontakt aufgenommen, hätten wir vor verschlossenen Türen gestanden. Wir meldeten den Vorfall airbnb, die uns unkompliziert Unterkünfte in der Nähe empfahlen. Wir werden in unserem Reisebericht "Rundreise Libanon Teil 11" zeitnah ausführlich beichten. Vielen Dank Ali.

if you are looking for a place to disconnect and feel like you're home, this is the place to be. the surroundings and the atmosphere and the feeling in the house is just amazing!!! it's little Tuscany in Lebanon!! bravo for the host Mansour for being very friendly and flexible with everything!!!!
