Just minutes from town yet in a quaint residential neighborhood, the apartment attached to our 1820 historic home is a warm and inviting place to stay while visiting lovely New London, New Hampshire. The town includes many shops and restaurants, along with Colby Sawyer College and The New London Barn Playhouse. Minutes from Little Lake Sunapee and Pleasant Lake, both with beach areas and boating access for summer visitors, and close to Mts Sunapee, Kearsarge and Ragged, for hiking and skiing.

This beautiful studio is in a new building built in 2021. It is a clean, quiet, place to stay in a building of young professionals. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, art galleries, and all this historic town has to offer. The Old Farmhouse

This is a farm house style lodging with the apartment as seen,on the second floor accessible with stairs. Bathroom with stand up shower. A furnished Kitchen. 2 Bedrooms with queen beds. There is Wifi ,TV, and a work table. Located in the heart of the Upper Valley. In town on the Main Street. We are 5 miles to Dartmouth College and Hospital. Close to retail,restaurants. We have been vaccinated , boosted, would like to remain contact-free when possible. We are available if you have questions.

Guest Suite - Andover Village

Cozy, clean, comfortable and convenient to Proctor Academy's campus, Upper Valley and local Lakes Region attractions. You have a private keyed entrance to a one bedroom and one bath suite in a bungalow home with off street parking. Although attached to the primary home, you enter from your own covered patio and have the suite entirely to yourself. The bedroom has a queen bed, compact bathroom with shower and pleasant sitting area for two. A relaxing atmosphere with a morning coffee amenity!

Newport Jail “Break”

Located in historic downtown Newport, centrally located on Main Street. Stay in the jail addition of the 1843 County Safe Building. Completely renovated. Walking distance to several restaurants and stores. 8 miles to Mount Sunapee. Enjoy your unique experience taking a jail “break” or prison “escape”. 2 original jail cells with new sets of comfortable bunk beds, lockers and a smart TV in each cell. Giant sledding hill is a favorite of children and adults alike. Trails on property for hiking, xc- skiing, and snowshoeing. 15 mins to Woodstock VT. 45 mins to Killington,Pico and Okemo. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Hanover and Norwich VT 20 mins. Please note not handicapped accesible.

Cabin on the Hill

Enjoy a stay in the hills of Vermont - glamping at its finest! A 5-10 minute hike UPhill to a secluded getaway in the heart of Vermont. Amenities include a quaint outhouse, a unique outdoor shower, a 2 burner outdoor gas stovetop and a fire pit to roast marshmallows. The 12x14 screened in cabin with ladder accessed loft sleeps 2 comfortably. Don't worry about bringing pots and pans - cabin is equipped with dishes and a water supply. Adjustable LED lights to light up the night.

Private guesthouse in Lebanon

This cozy one-room guesthouse is located on a quiet street off the green in downtown Lebanon, NH. It offers a private entrance with access to a lovely outdoor patio and gas grill. The room has high ceilings, a full-sized bed, a bathroom/shower, and a kitchenette with coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, and compact fridge. A short walk away from restaurants and cafes and a 12-minute drive to Dartmouth College. Please note that there is no kitchen sink or stove.

Camping on a Private Pond

A serene place in nature to unplug and unwind. It's private and quiet with the exception of the sound of the running brook. (NO WIFI or CELL service at the cabin) May come to the house if you need to get in touch during your stay. There is local hiking and two large lakes close by. Farmer's markets and acclaimed theatre are available throughout the Fall Season along with local beer-fests. Most of all, we have one of the most stunning foliage seasons in the country!

Studio 154 is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in a country setting. 18 mins to Lebanon and 25 mins to Mount Sunapee. A short drive through the neighborhood past mountain views, King Blossom Farm Stand, and meadows that frequently host wildlife and sunsets. The studio has 2 queen sized beds, 3/4 bath, love seat, dining table and work desk. Enjoy fast WIFI, 42" tv, USB plugs next to the night stands and tv shelf. Service fee is included in the price!
