Sunapee- 6mi; Pats Peak ski area:-12mi; snowmobile trails right outside the door; many hiking/snowshoeing trails just steps outside the door or just a short drive. There are several lakes in the area with public access including the biggest, Lake Sunapee. A lovely, relaxing and beautiful place to stay any time of year.

The Yurt In The Woods is 30 ft in diameter which offers 700 spacious sq. ft. It's surrounded by trees and has a yard. 2 night stays required for all Weekends. I require at least a two night stay for the whole month of October. Nothing fancy, just a cozy simple getaway. 3.25 mi from town. Choose from a variety of activities in town or hop on nearby trails. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Post and Beam Guest Studio on NH scenic byway

Our guest studio is close to Lake Sunapee, Mount Sunapee, Pleasant Lake and Otter Pond. You can snow shoe from the front door and skiing, hiking, boating, shopping are minutes away from our quiet home on a New Hampshire scenic byway. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with 1 or two small children are welcome. We have a small sofa bed and a pack and play sleeper in addition to a king bed with a luxury mattress.
