Maison en pierres ( 64 m2 ) indépendante,sans vis à vis, sur 4 hec de vignes, prés et bois. Jacuzzi privé / chauffé, en ext disponible 15/06 au 15/09. Hors été et s'il fait chaud,une participation aux frais de 70,€ est demandée. Ne fonctionne pas en hiver. WiFi. Loft climatisé en open space, avec mezzanine : cuisine US équipée,coin salon et repas , 2 couchages 140x200 , 1 en 160x200. S de bain=baignoire + douche. WC séparé. Salon de jardin + plancha + boulodrome.Parking privé. Plage à 15 mn.

Cosy apartment close to beach, great views & pool

Our villa is located just outside the village of "Les Adrets de l'Esterel" on top of a hill in a private domain. We have magnificent views of the sea and mountains from our terrace and it overlooks the bay of Cannes where you can see the "Îles de Lerins". You will stay in our recently renovated apartment located on the garden level of our villa with your own private access and terrace. Stairs lead directly to the pool above. The pool is shared with us.
