Nous proposons le 1er étage de notre chalet familial, rénové à 100 % en 2024, après 2 années de très gros travaux d'isolation et d'embellissement pour un confort maximum. Un environnement exceptionnel, à 1900 m d'altitude, à 700 m de Brunissard, au bout d'un chemin forestier carrossable. L'hiver, l'accès est le plus souvent impossible en voiture, mais le chemin se fait facilement à pieds, même pour des enfants : prévoir plutôt des sacs à dos. (option moto-neige pour bagages) 5 G disponible !

Benvenuti a Ostana, uno dei Borghi più belli d'Italia, situato in val Po di fronte al Monviso (3841 mt), la montagna più alta delle Alpi Cozie. La baita si trova a 1400 metri nella caratteristica borgata Sant'Antonio di Ostana, lontana dai circuiti turistici di massa. La baita ha una bella esposizione a sud-ovest, e dalla sua ampia terrazza si gode una vista spettacolare sul Monviso e sulle montagne circostanti. Nei mesi invernali, se lo desiderate, sarete avvolti dal calore del camino a legna.

Casa indipendente con ampio giardino

Casa indipendente in pietra, arredata con oggetti della tradizione locale e ricordi di famiglia. Gli spazi sono organizzati su due piani: sotto la sala da pranzo, il bagno di servizio, la cucina ed il salotto con il caminetto; al piano ammezzato la piccola biblioteca con due comode poltrone; infine sopra il bagno con la doccia, la camera matrimoniale, la camera con i letti a castello e infine la camera con i letti singoli. Il punto forte della casa è il grande giardino che guarda le montagne.

Niché au creux des Alpes à Villard-St-Pancarce, cette appart’ atypique, chaleureux et pleins de charme est à quelques minutes des pistes, près du centre de Briançon, de Serre Chevalier (15 min) et bien d’autres lieux incontournable. Vous avez aussi de nombreuses magnifiques balades à découvrir au départ du logement.

Notre chalet est situé au calme dans un jardin privatif. Sa terrasse de 30m2 vous permettra de profiter d'une vue panoramique. Parking gratuit.Nous avons apporté un soin particulier aux équipements et à la décoration pour une ambiance cocooning. A 5 mn à pied du centre de Guillestre vous trouvez: tous commerces , cinéma, restaurants, supermarché. Aux portes du Queyras, Vars, Risoul, et de l'embrunais sa situation géographique vous donnera accès à un terrain de jeu illimité été comme hiver.

Lou Gingre è stato pensato come un luogo di pace dove rifugiarsi quando si ha la necessità di staccare dal propio quotidiano, dove respirare ad ogni passo la natura incontaminata ed incantevole della Valle Maira. Lou Ginger rappresenta il sogno, il desiderio ambizioso di una giovane coppia innamorata di questa valle, di voler trasformare quel che resta di un piccolo fienile disabitato, in un “posto del cuore” senza porte ma con grandi porte finestre aperte sui boschi.

Humble in size but independent and equipped with all the amenities you need, incl. private kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable sofa bed for two. The town Villar Pellice is three kilometres away. The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.
