I enjoyed my stay very quiet and comfortable.

It was very cozy and clean. Nice area as well.

The place is wonderful! It has a boutique hotel feel thanks to some lovely small touches and the cute design but with the comfort of things like getting to have coffee in your pjs and a washer/dryer. Also it was bigger than I expected based on the photos. Check in was easy and the location is nice too! I was able to explore Ashland and Huntington but there were also cute shops and a restaurant right underneath the apartment. I’d happily stay here again so if you’re thinking of booking it— do it!

Always a pleasure to stay here. Duncan has by far the best accommodations for the price. And a very accommodating host.

I stayed here for one month, and it was worth it. The washer and dryer were very convenient. It was stocked with shampoo, bodywash, conditioner, and kitchen supplies. It also came with a water purifier which came in handy. The hosts were helpful and always ready to help if you need it.

Thank you for being the official host of Santa Claus for the 2024 Christmas season! Your hospitality truly added magic to the holidays. We would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. We frequently visit this area and I will be checking to see if this is available if there is another situation where we need to stay overnight again.

Excellent place to stay to explore Wayne National Forest! Beautiful scenery and quiet. The house had absolutely everything you need for an extended stay. Gina was also an excellent host! We experienced some vehicle issues over the weekend and the only day that we could resolve them was on Monday (our last day there). She was very understanding and accommodating to our situation. I look forward to staying again!

I was in town for a family function and this place was very close by. It feels like you're in a secluded cabin in Gatlinburg. Extremely quiet, yet only 5 minutes from downtown Huntington, WV. We had to cook some side dishes for the our function and had a stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator that allowed us to prepare them instead of purchasing. We had our granddaughter with us and couch folds out to a bed, so it worked out great for us. I would definitely recommend this location and will stay here again if given the chance. Rhonda kept up with my messages and responded quickly to my questions. There's a play closet for toddlers and up. Our granddaughter loved it.

I really appreciated the opportunity to stay at the Webb house over the holidays! Keri was very accommodating and kind. The home was clean and nicely decorated. It was accurate to the listing, what more could we ask for! The beds were all comfortable and there was complimentary coffee, it is close to a variety of things to do!

Very nice , peaceful, and comfortable . Great place to rest for those who need low simulation ( very good environment for my adult autistic daughter) . I would highly recommend Graysons place for autistic travelers & their families or care givers.

We had a fantastic father daughter weekend hunting turkey. We heard several tom from all direction while we were out there. We didn’t get a chance to try the Wayne National Forest but hope to try that next time. We were surprised all of the action surrounding the Lodge. It is very private, further back from the road, and such a peaceful environment. Memories were made and will plan to come back! Paul was very helpful and kind enough to reach out and check in on our trip. We appreciated that tremendously!

The place was absolutely awesome. Very clean, beautiful, view was gorgeous, very well stocked. Not a single complaint. If ever in this area again, would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anybody looking for a place to stay!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at RiverSuite1. The host was proactive in communications, provided clear instructions, and the listing is spot on & accurate. The deck is a great bonus to this stay and our family (and youngsters) really enjoyed spending time on the deck and watching the river, trains, and birds. Our accommodations were great. The owners could not have been better for their quick response to our questions and coming to our rescue when we locked ourselves out. The location was convenient to downtown, however our only comment about the location was that it was within a block from a shelter for homeless people and we did not feel comfortable walking on that block at night. However, we drove our car to a convenient parking garage downtown instead.
