This remodeled suite, located on the back half of a duplex home, faces our wooded 26 acre lot and short walk to a small pond. It has 2 porches with their own private entrance. This suite has an open area that has a king bedroom, kitchen, dining and living room, 1 full bathroom and a laundry room. Has an additional bedroom that has a full bed, its own tv and locking door. This property is within 15 minutes from 2 major hospitals, Marshall University, downtown Huntington and the Huntington Mall.

While it sits on the edge of the woods it is also conveniently located on St. Rt. 140 for quick access to locate commodaties. The cabin is surprisingly spacious. We believe you'll love our place.
