Apartamento de 70 m2, totalmente renovado, en el bohemio barrio de Lavapiés (Centro de Madrid), a 100 metros de la estación de metro Lavapiés y a 400 metros de Atocha y del Museo Reina Sofía. Está situado en la calle Argumosa, la más ancha y arbolada de Lavapiés. Pese a ser una zona de bares y restaurantes, el piso es interior y tranquilo. Además, resulta ideal para teletrabajar (fibra óptica de 1GB de bajada y subida, cómoda silla de escritorio y dos mesas). Se puede reservar una impresora.

Estucos, revocos de cal, madera, mosaicos y mucha ilusión. Cuenta con un salón de setenta metros cuadrados y otro de treinta metros cuadrados cuatro metros de altura de techos con tres balcones a la calle y cocina americana. Espacio muy diáfano. Disfrútalo.
