The apartment is perfectly located in the emblematic La Latina/El Rastro neighborhood of Madrid. 600m from Plaza Mayor and Mercado de San Miguel. You can walk to the Reina Sofía museum and the Royal Palace with beautiful views from the Segovia bridge. Very quiet neighborhood on weekdays, with cafes and cultural centers. Busy on Sundays due to the wonderful atmosphere of the centenary Rastro market

Lovely one bedroom flat near Madrid city center. Walking distance from the main attractions: Puerta del Sol, Ópera, Callao. 5 minutes walking from Manzanares river and all you want if you are looking for a peaceful holiday right in the heart of Madrid. The flat is very spacious. It has a fully equipped with a brand new kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and a very stylish living room. The bedroom has air conditioning and you can also enjoy the swimming pool in the hot days of summer.
