The chalet is an individual construction fully available and reserved for the guests. So are the terrace and the surroundings ( a small river, a private bridge and access to the forest ). Parking just behind the chalet A fully renovated old chalet. With all modern comfort ( inc Sauna for 3 ) and top decoration. A unique view on the MontBlanc chain. The chalet is in the hamlet of Coupeau, in the forest above Les Houches, with exceptional views of Mont Blanc. It's a 5-minute drive to Les Houches, 10 minutes to Chamonix, and an hour to Geneva.

Possibilità di utilizzare a richiesta piazzola attrezzata per pranzare e prendere il sole con barbecue!L’alloggio si trova a 10 min di macchina da la Salle ad una quota di 1600 mt La strada è comoda e sempre pulita. Esposto al sole tutto il giorno!

A 10 minuti d’auto da Courmayeur, la ristrutturazione conservativa di questa “Antica Baita” dona uno spazio unico ed esclusivo. Baita indipendente su tre lati in borgo soleggiato. Alloggio su due piani. Parcheggio di fronte a casa, comodo e gratuito. Piano Terra: ingresso, camera matrimoniale con stufa a legna e bagno. This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

In the house of my parents I renovated this 2 room apartment for you in August 2018. Modern, stylish and cosy. The apartment on the first floor has two balconies. The new open kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped. The couch in the living room can also be used as an additional double bed (sofa bed) after consultation. The apartment has an underground parking space (important in case of snowfalls!). The house is very well maintained - only a few steps from the centre of the village.

Please note that this lovely tiny home is situated away from the town centre. It is about 1 hour on foot, 10 minutes by bus, or 4 mins by car. Also, this is the last year Le Cabin de Cerro will be available to book on Airbnb. April 2026 the cabin will undergo an extension and will no longer be a tiny home.
