Situé dans le quartier Ville-Marie, il est à 3 minutes du métro (10 minutes du centre-ville), des espaces verts (Parc Maisonneuve et Lafontaine), du parc Olympique et des quartiers vivants de la metropole. Cuisine équipée d’un micro-onde et réfrigérateur, douche, téléviseur et plus. Parfait pour les séjours de courte ou moyenne durée. Studio moderne et romantique près de Montréal

Le studio se trouve à 20 minutes de Montréal. Il est situé dans un nouveau quartier paisible à deux pas de la Route Verte, piste cyclable traversant le Canada. Vous apprécierez le studio pour son grand confort, son look moderne et la piscine creusée extérieure mise à votre disposition (non exclusive puisque partagée avec nous, les propriétaires). Ce logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires. Ne convient pas aux fêtes, ni aux réunions d'amis.

Small studio (6 by 22 feet) (it is not basement) (ONLY FOR NO SMOKER) with private bathroom, private kitchen, private entrance and private parking in a single-family house. It is equipped with a wall-mounted heat pump, induction cooktop, small oven, microwave, refrigerator, underfloor heating, humidity detector, oil heater, Smart TV (Bell TV). The bed is not double, it is queen. Washer and dryer are shared. Several shops within walking distance.
