Cuisine équipée d’un micro-onde et réfrigérateur, douche, téléviseur et plus. Parfait pour les séjours de courte ou moyenne durée. The perfect get away Spot! Tastefully Decorated, elegant, spacious & extremely well located, this fully renovated ultra luxury loft in in the middle of all the action old Montreal has to offer. This 2600 square foot loft features 2 queen beds in closed room, plenty of pillow top auto inflatable mattresses for extra guests, 2 full bathrooms with a powder room. Checking-in is very easy with door codes to get in and out of the building! There’s a parking lot adjacent to the building at 20-25$/day.

Vous apprécierez le studio pour son grand confort, son look moderne et la piscine creusée extérieure mise à votre disposition (non exclusive puisque partagée avec nous, les propriétaires). Ce logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires. Ne convient pas aux fêtes, ni aux réunions d'amis.

Un loft avec balcon, salle de bain privée, cuisinette privée, entrée et stationnement privés dans une maison unifamiliale proche de Montréal. Il est équipé par thermopompe murale, table de cuisson à induction mobile, petit four en acier inoxydable, plancher chauffant, détecteur d'humidité, smart TV(Bell) etc. Le est queen. Laveuse et sécheuse sont partagées. Rénovation complétée en janvier 2023. Les meubles sont de 2023. Plusieurs commerces accessibles à pied.

Located on chemin des Patriotes in a century-old home. Bordered by a stream and a wooded area, the nature in the area will enchant you. Close to the region's attractions, such as the apples, Mont St-Hilaire, Manoir Rouville Campbell and only 30 minutes from Montreal. You will appreciate my accommodation for the ambience, the outdoor space, the lighting and the comfortable bed. My accommodation is perfect for couples, single travelers and business travelers.

Well equipped apartment only for non-smoker

Small studio (6 by 22 feet) (it is not basement) (ONLY FOR NO SMOKER) with private bathroom, private kitchen, private entrance and private parking in a single-family house. It is equipped with a wall-mounted heat pump, induction cooktop, small oven, microwave, refrigerator, underfloor heating, humidity detector, oil heater, Smart TV (Bell TV). The bed is not double, it is queen. Washer and dryer are shared. Several shops within walking distance.

L’hiver, vous êtes tout près des pentes de ski et d’une patinoire. ATTENTION : La maison est en montagne et il y a un escalier de pierres à monter pour y accéder.

Enjoy Montreal's most vibrant neighbourhood with your group. You will be at a walking distance to the finest restaurants and nightlife. That being said, you must expect noise during evenings and nights inside the loft as the clubs and bars are all around! Any guest or visitor must be declared and included in the reservation. If we monitor any extra guest or visitor, you will be charge 50$ per person for the length of your stay.

Small cozy apartment in the heart of mile end, Montreal's best neighbourhood. The apartment is steps away from the famous Fairmount Bagels as well as Wilensky's and endless coffee shops and restaurants.
