This beautiful, private studio apartment is located in the heart of Lauttasaari, 5 minutes to the centre via metro. Situated on the highest seventh floor of a historical building with an elevator. It boasts a sea view over the rooftops and is in a very peaceful and safe area. You will have the whole apartment to yourself. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and fast WiFi, but no television. I rent out my apartment when I am away, so it has everything you need for a very comfortable stay.

Less than 5 minutes by foot to the metro station and to the beach. My apartment has always been pet free.
