Lake access is right on our property, so you can easily swim, fish, boat, paddle using provided kayaks, or just enjoy the picturesque view. Additionally, our home features a private pool (May through Sep). End your evening relaxing around our fire pit roasting marshmallows, or sit on the deck overlooking the lake.

Soak up the lake days with ample outdoor space on the porches and two docks. The covered dock has a slip reserved for your boat, if desired. Enjoy using our kayaks and fire pit.

Visitors are blown away by the view and the sound of the river. Beautiful walking trail and 2 kayaks available for use. There is a beautiful waterfall located only 600 yards upriver, by kayak. There are bald eagles, turtles, herons, etc.. 15 miles to GSP airport and 21 miles to downtown Greenville and Spartanburg. (No pets, smoking/vaping inside, or guns!)

We have a beautiful, fully fenced in, secluded acre with a spacious main home that sleeps 6 comfortably, has indoor and outdoor kitchens and 1.5 baths. Also a small, private guesthouse built for 2, with it's own deck and kitchenette. We are excited to share our family's home with 5 star guests while we travel. Welcome!
